Terrible customer service. As I write this, I still don't even know if the company is actually in operation? I sent an online request to reserve over one week ago (no email confirmation), called to follow up twice (no return call), and sent two emails over 48 hours ago. Nothing! Ordering with another company as I need to be certain...

Highly recommend Binnout. So much better to rent these then scrounge for weak cardboard. The boxes were as new and even had labels on them that they encouraged us to write on and leave on when they pick them up.Delivery staff was professional, courteous and even well dressed.I picked Binnout because they had the best prices and delivered on a Sunday without hesitation. Service was excellent and the heavy duty stack-able boxes made the move a lot easier.

These guys (and maybe girls) are very good. Placed my order online and received call back with the available delivery times. Delivery person called me 30 minutes before getting to my place and placed boxes inside my house. Boxes were fantastic and I cannot see myself going back to using cardboard.Ps. did some research before placing the order and this was the best priced moving box rental in Vancouver.
