Richard is very disorganized and dishonest. We hired him in August of 2021 to ship household items to Jamaica. The process from start to finish was a NIGHTMARE!. Likewise, all furniture received was damaged. There were many items not received including security cameras. When I tried to speak with Richard he hung up the telephone. I am utterly disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Worst shipping service experience ever. Barrels were late took over two months. Some of the items were missing. To top it off Manager was rude to us. I would never recommend their service.

Was recommended by a friend to use this company. The people at this company are thieves and liars. The manager is rude and incompetent. No customer service. Disgusting overall.

This is a shady company, I would not recommend to my worst enemy. They are extortionists. They took my Sisters money and now her stuff is stuck at the warf in Jamaica and he did not fulfill his agreement with her to ship her belongings to her home in Jamaica. He expects her to pay him $1000 that was supposed to be paid when the stuff was delivered. But her stuff hasn’t been delivered and he already has $1000’s from her from when he picked up her belongings and shipped them. Whenever she called to speak with him, he talks to her like she is a child and yells, than turns around and claims that she is the rude one. He told her that he isn’t dealing with her anymore and that she needs to call the people in Jamaica and deal with them to get her stuff. Meanwhile he is calling them and telling them to charge her way more than she originally agreed to with him.Now he has her number blocked. They are are claiming she has to pay storage fees from Nov 5, 2021, even though her stuff was only shipped October 22, 2021 and no one called her saying her belongings arrived at that date, than they are giving her the run around every time she would try to contact them saying they need some other document before they can clear her stuff. None of this was disclosed to her before shipping. The owner of the company was supposed to take care of everything. Not to mention, my Aunt later realized that she had used the same company years ago and they did bad business with her as well. She didn’t know because apparently the guy goes by alias names. Will definitely be reporting him to the better business buerreau, as well as taking legal action. And we have photos of all her belongings and number of all the boxes, barrels, items, bank transactions…. so if anything is missing, they need to account for it.

This company is the real frauds! We paid $600 to ship two barrels to Jamaica we received only one 6weeks later! When we called about the other one we were told they would take one week it has been 2 months and still have not received anything! They don’t care will hang up on you and continue about their day ! I wish I saw these reviews before my grandma used them all her medical needs and items are gone that she needs for her trip

My mom shipped her barrel using this company as sea Jamaica was not answering the phone..maybe due to Covid-19. This company took 2 months for my moms barrel to reach Jamaica. They said it would take 4-5 weeks and they lied. She will never use them again. I wish She had read the reviews first. I would give a negative star if I could. But they can take the 1 star because the barrels arrived in one piece and nothing was damaged.

My barrels were collected from April 27th 2021. I was told that they would reach Jamaica May 18th. Today is June 22 and I’ve yet to receive a call by the company to collect my barrels. Each and every Friday after May 18 I’ve been calling trying to figure out what’s going on and why is it taking so long. The only thing I can get is “ when it’s here we’ll call you”. Now the stuff in the barrels are for my kids and I wouldn’t even begin to speak on the addition expense I have incur having to re-buy items that I shouldn’t have. To tops it all off I called the Canadian number and was told a lie . I think the business better bureau of Canada needs to step in and shut this company down. I’m filing a report and I’m also requesting a full refund as it is unacceptable for me paying for a service that is not provided .Please stay far away from this company they are liars. Poor customer service and better yet dishonest.
