It's okay. It has GREAT selection, nice staff. The only complaint is that it isn't too clean, messy makeup testers, etc, but maybe that's to be expected after an entire weekend of shoppers!

The front staff girl was so unhelpful! I asked for a specific product and she just said it should be on that wall and she pointed. I did not find it they did not carry it. The store seemed very crowded and it didn’t seem they minded so many people in the store at once. Other than that it was good. Hopefully better customer service next time.

Knowledgeable staff who actually use the products. You definitely don't have to wait for service. It's a big store full of all the best brands, but the abundance of friendly staff make it easy to navigate to what you're looking for

really disappointing experience. i was already nervous to go in because i have seen and heard about the terrible reviews and the rude employees. i went in to find 3 of my fav skin care products and i found them quickly. however, not 1 of the 10 employees i saw said anything to me or offered any help. the people at the door didn’t even say anything when i came in, just gave me a look. then, i spent 20 minutes at the till because apparently the card reader was broken? the other employees were telling my cashier to use a different machine but she kept insisting i use the broken one. i was saying it was broken i can’t use it? i ended up having to use cash, she never even tried another machine. they were incredibly rude about it too. on the way out, a male with white hair was laughing with an employee by the door and literally yelled BYE! at me snarking and laughing after. i was treated horribly. what a terribly run team of employees. i will NOT be returning to sephora again.

I've stepped by the store to pick up a new fragrance for myself, and right away I heard the light voice that offered me help.The salesperson’s personal name is Dima, and he’s had a variety of suggestions.Right away he understood what I was really looking for, and yeees, I got my amazing new fragrance.Thank you, Dima!!! you’re awesome.I wish you lots of happy customers.

I stoped in here today and was just planning on browsing but a very nice lady named Meddy approached me and asked if I needed help. She was very welcoming. We started chatting about perfumes and she suggested the nest golden nectar perfume. I am so happy with my perfume and my experience here with Meddy!

Today I walked into Sephora with a group of friends. Immediately a salesperson at the door whispered into their mic, “A big group of people are coming in.” Of course from what I understood, that meant Sephora is trying to accommodate to our needs and try to give us the best service. However Immediately after, every sales associate I saw was directly looking at me like I was planning to shoplift. I was not, perhaps I might’ve had indications that staff may look for such as: a backpack and a casual (or rugged) appearance and I was with a group of teenagers. But you also have to consider, it’s the summer and we all had just come out of school.That is my problem. I am a black, young woman with a group friends coming in to look at makeup. As a company you advocate for diversity by hiring queer and POC staff yet somehow you cannot be above discriminating THE SAME people who come to shop at your store.Now, I also understand Sephora carries many expensive products and they need to protect against shoplifters but if your strategy is to stare me down just because of my appearance then your staff needs to be trained better and this location needs to take better efforts to secure merchandise instead.What I experienced here today is racial profiling and I will not be stepping into Sephora again knowing you all discriminate against your customers.

Worst customer service. Went there yesterday around 3 pm. While checking out, I wanted to redeem my birthday gift and asked the guy working on the cashier if they had the Glow Recipe birthday gift. He said no. And I asked for another one instead. While he went to grab the other one, another customer was redeeming her birthday gift and she asked for the Glow Recipe and it was given to her. When he came back with the gift, I told him that you had it but said you didn't. He didn't say sorry or anything and even knew where it was kept and just grabbed it. Staff should be well trained to ensure their product availability but in this case, he was just lying. Not fair at all.

Tried to return an online order and explained the situation but cashier & manager didn't really help and told to just call customer service for orders online. It didnt make sense to me at first what they were explaining that’s why im asking for help but They just laughed at me after I walked away. No wonder there’s so many bad reviews about this this store at Polo Park.
