love this place, they have a huge selection of fasteners. i ask for whatever size, material type and fastener head i need and they always come back from the warehouse with what i asked, its ineradicable. i haven't been let down yet.the store is always growing with what they carry, tons of tools, safety equipment, cleaning supplies just about anything you need.staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable of what the store has to offer.i highly recommend this store i'd rate it 6 stars if i could.

Went to the store as recommended by 1010tire. I purchased 2 bolts and washers which cost $12.00. As it turned out, I didn't need them. I returned them and was rudely told there are no returns. Read your invoice" I was told. Yes

Very nice staff, great service, and great products. I visited the store at about 8am for some metric stainless steel screws that not available in other big shops. The gentlemen told me that it was out of stock in their branch but he could ask the Brampton branch send that to here within 3 hours. Highly recommended!

Went in a few weeks ago for a couple dozen stainless steel screws for some boat windows, a couple of weeks before that for a few screws for a boat hatch, a month before for a couple of odd nuts and bolts for a barbers chair I was fixing and on and on. Every time these guys treat me like a big customer with a huge order, they always take the time and me get what I need. Thanks

The guys helped me pick a drill as well as the right bolts to install a rig in cinder block. In 10 mins I learned a lot, got the right tools at a great price, and was able to complete my install the next day without a hitch.Amazing service, very knowledgeable, and they have metric bolts and bits which is a great bonus.
