QNRT with Dr. Ginette - how it helped me with my anxiety.I have always been a worrier, but for the last 2 years it has gotten worse.I have been a patient of Dr. Ginette's for many years and I already knew how kind and caring she and her team were, but this issue demonstrated to me how she really does treat/care for the whole person. I had seen brochures about QNRT in the office, but it didn't really register with me how it could help me until I was at my lowest point. My 'worry' had blossomed into full blown anxiety and I became fearful of any time I was away from my home -even if it were only 15 minutes away. I saw a review, much like this one, that stated how much the person had been helped with their anxiety with QNRT. After reading that review I had some hope, finally. So, I arrived at the office for an appointment with that hope, my anxiety and lots of tears.Dr. Ginette and I talked and she did an evaluation to see if my issue was something that could be helped with QNRT. Sixteen sessions later, it was not easy, there were several tears shed and a minor set back, but I can confidently say that I am in a much better place now dealing with my anxiety than I was two months ago. My husband and I even managed to travel to Ingersoll recently with NO anxiety on my part! HUGE win! If you are struggling consider QNRT it might just help.

Dr. Ginette offers amazing treatments like no other in Windsor! I highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable, kind. I would go twice a week for a few months and have noticed an great improvement on overall health and wellness.The whole team offers a welcoming, clean atmosphere! Crystal does an amazing job!! Dr Ginette has truly changed my life! I had frequent pain and slept very poorly and suffered from PTSD and did not sleep well without sleeping pills. Since seeing Dr Ginette I no longer take sleeping pills and my general attitude and outlook in life has competely changed for the better. Ginette is not like any other chiropractor she's of her own kind. She does continous education to gain further knowledge on how the Chiropractic world has evolved over the years. She completes a detailed assessment, nothing close to a physician. Chiropractors, the spine is there specialty. That means the spine is their focus. People like myself have a high pain threshold and things get overseen.Without the knowledge of a chiropractor I am given an earlier chance to pain management.
