Good ice cream, pleasant staff, great location.

Under 8 bux for two decent delicious cones.

Lots of options and the ice cream and candy coated cone were delicious . There’s a tip jar in store labeled “Sophie and Logan’s university fund” , which I think is amazing and urge everyone going in there to contribute to. While throwing a $20 in there I bent over and the ice cream all fell out of my cone (immediately after being handed it) . When I mentioned it had fallen, the group I was with all agreed that the gentleman behind the counter looked super irritated. It was honestly a bit off putting how agitated he looked as accidents happen and it’s not like I was being obnoxious or messing around . I did request a refill and did offer to pay, but honestly I was a bit surprised that they did charge me for the ice cream twice (once the 2 scoops that fell and then the 2 replacement ones). As a business owner , I Kind of feel it’s bad customer service and also feel like part of the blame lies with not packing the cone right since the ice cream literally slid right out of the cone, but at the end of the day I did offer to pay and it is what it is. I would have probably charged me half as the blame could have lied with me or the guy packing it but meh :) I do have high expectations when it comes to customer service and had the guy not looked so outwardly agitated with me it probably wouldn’t have rubbed me the wrong way. The girl behind the counter was lovely though.

Always great selection and superb service. If ya get the chance, I suggest you stop in! And the view is incredible!

Best ice cream selection ever, I am particularly happy with the Kaluha ice cream. They also have a pretty decent hot dog. The gentleman who runs it is also very nice. And location is prime. Right on the water. I've driven from Campbell river just to get ice cream here.

I can't resist stopping for an Island Farms ice cream cone at the Cone Zone on the way upisland on a warm summer day (even in June this year!). Lovely views over Georgia Strait right from a shaded table or out in the sun on one of their lawn chairs.

Lots of selection. Friendly service. It's right across from the beach and the kids love it.
