This is hit or miss as far as timing goes. Sometimes I have to arrive at medical appointments half hour early and wait even longer. Though that's too be expected. Sometimes they sub out the ride to private taxis who may or may not be willing to help you out with assistive devices. I find the bigger vehicles driven by Peel Region drivers the best and most helpful.

My blind/walker; (in a wheelchair for road trips) 90yo mum's Transhelp account has been dormant for a few years and I cannot get it re activated. >>> New Update 28Apr2023 <<< Since posting this review, Transhelp contacted me and amended the re-application process and got the whole thing rolling. The account is now live again and the upcoming doctor's appointments will be met. Thank You Transhelp; thanks Kathy!

My daughter is with TransHelp for 1year 10months now. The service has been excellent right from day one. Save a couple times when the vehicle did not reach her at the destination in time, however when discussed with the authorities that was corrected. The agents online are very helpful and courteous. The drivers of the vehicles are also trained to be empathetic and helpful. Overall the pick-up and drop-off process and also help and support on the TransHelp website is impeccable. I can only suggest TransHelp to keep up the good work. Thank You.

I am not sure why you are asking clients to book their trips on line if your system is not accepting or acknowledging their drop off address. not convenient at all. Then after being on hold for 30 minutes only to be disconnected. Not sure why we have to top up account with 4 available trips left on the account and we are only trying to book a one way trip

A few years ago, my experience was a good one.Recently, my wife was released from three months of critical care and rehab at Civic hospital. She applied for TransHelp from the hospital with the assistance of the rehab staff, for her to travel to physio and her many medical appointments.No response, no contact.Very disappointing.We are both mobility challenged, but we are managing without what should have been a very helpful service.

When you are disabled in any way Trans Help makes travel in a wide area possible on your own. Travel is no longer dependent on other people, is door to door with a driver to help you if needed. It is the best way to feel independent. It is really good value for door to door service and feeling independent.

Very bad trans help didnot provide any service told we cannot take cancer patient to hospitsl tod me call 911 but i donot need 911 just reguler help my family member cannot sit in reguler car or taxi already on oxygen very bad experiance with trans help
