Amazing local store with amazing staff! Always helpful, smiling and going the extra mile!

One of the best hardware store that you can find. Great staff, very friendly, attentive, and they always have the good stuff in stock. I been trying to find a specific soil for my seedling where the other competitive store where selling for 2 times the price of Home Hardware. Also, it is very convenient to have it in the middle of Aylmer and the mall.

Home Hardware prides itself in being your local hardware store and being a good caring neighbour here to help. On a visit to pick up some paint, I brought in an unopened 4L container of stain from another store left over from a previous job last summer and asked if they could shake it up for me seeing i was going to buy other paint and supplies.Employee gave me a look as I walked in an quickly told me that they could not help me due to store policy. I mentioned that I was going to make other purchases, but to no avail. Most paint place happily shake products from other places.Heading to our big box Rona and will buy my other supplies while there.I want to support local shops, and in this case a little caring and understanding would have been a better encouragement.Disappointed in Aylmer.

Great customer service. We were looking for a mice trap, and the store employee was very kind and helpful. It took me less than 10 minutes to get back to my car with my purchase in hand.

They have made changes and renovations in the store which overall helped improve. Good selections of various products and offers with decent prizes and deals. It's a good option if you are limited on time or in a hurry.

It's great to have well supplied store in the neighborhood and the shop is open every day. Quick and polite customer service.It is the best place for my plumbing needs. Better choice than big box shops and at the same price.

Amazing experience and they even have little carts for kids. They don't fit much but kids love em.

If you like a hardware stores where the people who work there actually want to help you then go here. Bilingual and friendly. They have a range of skills to help you with advice. And the prices seem better than Ontario home hardwares. Thanks for everything!
