We had a drain pipe (PVC) break on our camper. I called Ted and he told me that he was booked 2 weeks out. He told me he might have the parts. It turns out he did not have the parts in stock, but he wrote down for me what I needed to buy and directed me to where I could get the parts. Ted also personally switched out a rooftop clamp (we have a pop-up roof) that needed to be taken care of. Being thousands of miles from home, we completely appreciated Ted and his way of being. Had a appointment with another repair shop in town, after seven weeks picked my motorhome up as they had not even looked at it. Most my work was warranty and this shop said I would have to pay up front and send in the invoice to warranty company and collect it myself.Called Teds RV and made appointment, to me to bring it in day before appointment and guaranteed he would work on it the following day. Teds word was good as he worked on it as promised, did quality repairs and also he billed the insurance company I only had to pay the deductible. Teds is definitely the best in Thunder Bay.

Ted and his wife were extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. They were prompt and clear with their communication and helped us with our rv slide out when it got stuck as we were travelling through Thunder Bay. They made time for us even though they were extremely busy already. Very knowledgeable, we got tips, and helpful suggestions after they fixed our wiring issue. Highly recommended.

Great business. Traveling across Canada, no appointment just a hot water heater that stopped working. Served us right away, fixed the problem and we were on our way. Highly recommend.

What a super guy! Our slide controller on our r pod 179 had milk spilled on it and left us stranded, unable to get the slide back in. Ted walked us through the process of retracting it, allowing us to make it home. Then, a few weeks later I called him to double check a part that was quoted to me at a little over 1000 dollars. He had me call a wrecking yard for rvs and whadya know, they had the part for less than 200 bucks! Ted for the win!

Ted’s RV was wonderful! They were very quick in responding to inquiries and so knowledgeable and informative when I picked it up, giving me tips of other things to look out for in the future. I will definitely be back for regular maintenance through them moving forward. Thank you Ted and staff!
