This week we bought our 3rd Benz from Mercedes-Benz Vancouver. We appreciate and thank Wayne Wong our sales and leasing consultant provided us very detailed and professional services, we are happy with the new car very much. Just had an emergency resolved by Joe ! I stuck my work phone in glove box and it is almost at close hour, all tech guys are busy or already off work. Joe got it out in no time and not even charging the suppose be half hour labour costs. It is a very mixed feeling week to my personal life, and this event is really made my day. Good luck in your future career Joe, if one day we come across at my work, surely I’ll do my best to get “free of charge” level service to you.

He was 100% honest and upfront, and he constantly stayed in communication with us every step of the way until he found the perfect fit for us.Sandro, the sales manager, was just as easy and pleasant to deal with. I found they both went over and beyond to get us the car and the best deal for us!Ryan Fan was so kind and efficient during the final purchase stage.From beginning to end, the entire experience was delightful. We had a fantastic experience at Mercedes Benz Vancouver. Vance was able to help find a car in the colours we wanted and with the packages we needed. On delivery day, the car was absolutely spotless and the entire process was relatively quick and efficient. Vance explained how to use the car and made sure we were comfortable with it before allowing us to drive off. It was an overall stress-free and amusing experience.

She was very calm and patient, which made us feel relaxed during this portion of the deal.Last but not least, Chantel Cruz and Charlotte Choi from reception/concierge always made us feel welcomed and promptly assisted us during our visits.Overall we had a great experience and are glad to have dealt with such attentive reps from this dealership.
