Absolutely the most delusional owners, he/they (family run store) will lie right to your face and call you the liar, very rude, he/they just chooses what they want to pay/sell based on their mood, extreme lack of customer service, DO NOT do business with this store. Second update: I did explain everything, I did not get an updated reply, they have not changed their attitude one bit, I recommended this store to other people prior to this incident and talking to them they had the same attitude and lack of acknowledgment. You guys can be rude to your customers all you want, eventually, you won't have any customers to be rude too, news travels faster than gold sells.

Horrible pawn shop. The workers are disrespectful and they say they don’t buy items that other pawn shops would be happy to have like silver coins and tools

I have been dealing with Dundas west pawn brokers for many years. They are very understanding and very genuine. This is actually the best pawnbrokers I have dealt with. I highly recommend them, their service is amazing.

Good service! Great energy! They helped me out of a bind when my car broke down! The ladies here are so friendly! If you need some money and have goods to pawn, This is the place to go!

I had and am still having a great customer experience here. They were very clear about what they will take/pawn/buy and what they will not. Each item i pawned was very quick, simple and straight forward. Friendly no-nonsense people, with a store full of amazing items for sale too! I definitely recommend going here if u have good valuables for sale or pawn.

I would give this “business” 0 stars but Google doesn’t allow that. They lack customer service, ethics and consistency, and I’m sure everyone can agree those are very important when running a business.I kid you not, you could go in today, they would buy something from you, you go back next week and they’ll tell you they don’t buy those items, never have and they don’t know what you’re talking about. When I say bull face lie to you, I’m not exaggerating. On top of that, they’ll laugh at you, try to make you feel delusional and start getting rude when you KNOW you’re right.I don’t write bad reviews, but their attitudes and blatant lying was that bad.Please save yourself the trip and the headache, and go somewhere else!

These people were so rude! They had me standing in the shop telling me I need to take my picture off the MacBook that I wanted to pawn (not sell). After about half an hour of them speaking to each other in a language that I don’t know, they get rude with me, telling me they don’t pawn electronics. Only buy them. What a waste of time! They made me feel like they were looking down on me. Not friendly at all. I would never go back there.

The worst customer service ever I’ve never been so shocked in my life employees there do not care about their customers or their business. They’re always too busy yelling at each other to care about what’s going on with the customers that are needing help and anytime you have any question usually get ignored and any questions that does get answered your left feeling delusional, dumb or confused exchanging is nearly impossible even though they tell you certain items can be exchanged the moment you bring it back for a couple of days because of any unknown reason of it not working they’ll tell you that you’re lying and they never said that I still don’t understand why people continue to go to this place. It’s actually really sad. Why not treat your customers with respect and dignity don’t you want your business to grow and thrive I understand people have bad days but based off my experience and all the others I’ve seen in the reviews it’s very disappointing, so should because I travelled all this way to come to this pawnshop and I was left confused and upset and kind of hurt because they were very rude. I would’ve left a zero but Google doesn’t let you do that for anyone reading this and thinking to go there just be cautious
