DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are scammers

Horrible towing company, these guys are a total fraud, unprofessional and will do anything to get $ off you. They don't care if you're an elderly person/ parent to kids. They'll do anything to get that tow, and provide you with hidden fee's. I was recently involved in an accident and went to the catching 5 employees of theirs drinking and smoking marijuana as I pulled in the Yard. They deserve zero stars and wish I never called them for the tow.

Bro it took 2 weeks to tow it 7km

Excellent customer service, arrived earlier than the estimated arrival time. The tow truck driver was helpful and very friendly.

i was involved in an accident, and called them immediately. They arrived within 15 minutes and helped me through the whole situation, they made me feel calm and comfortable. Amazing company, would use them any-day!

Haven’t used their towing service, but I am reviewing my experience sharing the road with truck 5710 – Driving like a maniac on small neighbourhood streets and cutting us off in our car with our kids in the back. More likely to cause a traffic accident than help you after you’ve been in one.

0/5 Stars. I had a motor vehicle accident on Feb 16 and decided to go with this company instead of another service provider that was on site. The following morning, I called them simply to take a picture of the damage for my insurance claim and whomever picked up the phone, likely the owner of this service was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. He was EXTREMELY rude and cut me off even before I could explain why I was calling. If this service, Citi Towing, approaches you during a motor vehicle accident, please save yourself the trouble. ZERO service provided whatsoever. Not the best people to interact with especially after a traumatic experience (if you went through a vehicle accident), or just in general. I even had to assert that I needed to see the damage to my car as they refused to initially cooperate and let me take pictures of my damaged car. Owner is unprofessional, has terrible personality, zero communication skills. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I would give ZERO out of five stars but not possible.

I would write a worse review. This truck lurched and almost hit me and my wife in canadian tire parking lot as it sped by me. Which prompted me to drive and take a picture of the vehicle to write this review. Guy doesn't care about familys walking in parking lots. I hope nobody uses this company use caa way more professional not run by aggressive drivers.
