The receptionist is paranoid and rude. I could've parked on the spot but she insist the parking is charged and I have to drive to nearby parking lot for 5 monutes. The old lady is so rude, I saw some bad comments before I came, now I feel we are on the same page about th feeling for the bad service we got.

I need a truck and found it at their website, but when I went to the office, she said they did not ever have this size of truck (26'). I expected this issue reflected in the website earlier. Anyway, I give the 3 stars because the lady was very kind and informative and help us to find one at 112 clarke st.

The general manager Lori is extremely rude to costumers. There is a video online of her verbally attacking a customer who was just asking basic questions. This is unacceptable.
