A few years back, my boyfriend had a persistent leak in his asphalt shingle roof which caused water damage & opened a huge hole in the living room ceiling. He had MWI Metal Roofing instal a new roof and about a year later, we finally repaired the interior ceiling. Within a couple of months, the leak over the living room appeared again in the exact same place as before. He called the company for help and was told they'd be out to look at it. No one showed up. He called again weeks later. Same assurance, same no-show. Finally, I crawled onto the roof myself and discovered that the metal sheathing behind the chimney had been installed such that rain/melting snow was pooling, running under the roof and finding its way to the weak spot over the living room. We caulked the hell out of it to stop the leak and that worked to a point, but after a biblical rainfall this week, there is still water getting in, mold to kill and a ceiling to repair yet again. I finally called the company for help myself and days later, have heard nothing. Called twice. Nothing. If only I could give zero stars...

Terrific steel tile roof installation on a project in mulmur. Jason, the installer was great to work with, fast, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. These days solid roofers are hard to find but MWI made it happen! thanks guys! can't wait for the next one!

Gord from MWI Roofing quoted my home in the June of 2022 for a standing seam roof. In November it was determined that the install would have to be delayed until April of 2023 due to supply issues for other contractors, Gord assured me they would honour the quote, and they did! Abe and his install crew were great. A hard working crew that started on time every day and worked through some horrible spring weather. The product is strong and looks fantastic. What I really liked about the product, is that each piece is rolled out (fabricated) on site, eliminating any chance of shipping damage. It updated our 1970's house. I am very pleased. Thank you.

Ken was finally sent to address my concerns and Ken did a good job from what I can tell. He was professional and knowledgeable. As an individual I would give him 5 stars. I had hoped that Mike was going to address more of my concerns.I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

I was so happy to find MWI Metal Roofing and Siding. Their sales partner Gary was alert to our needs and quick to respond when we had questions. Our project was challenging due to specific architectural details and the slope of our lot. Everyone involved found creative solutions to get the job done and looking great. I would definitely recommend MWI to anyone looking for an attractive, low maintenance solution to their roofing and siding needs. A special thanks to Jay, Josh, and Mike for braving the weather and working in some pretty precarious conditions to get the house covered.

Right after purchasing my house it became evident that there had been water damage and leaking going on for a long time. Regular shingles were not going to fix the problem. So steel roof it had to be. Not in the budget but I fell for the empty promises of MWI's salesman Steve. Promised double barrier in all valley's, levelling of one area of my roof and proper flashing around the chimney. Steve obviously did Not communicate these details to the crew that was sent. The crew were nice guys but not the experienced professionals that MWI claims to have. Nothing against the crew at all. They did their best.When the Salesman Steve showed up wanting Full final payment before the job had been completed I decided to pay Mike West the owner of MWI a visit to discuss my concerns and disgust with Steve's aggressive behaviour. Mike assured me that he would send someone to look at my roof. Never happened! No communication from Mike the owner at all. 3 and a half months.... NOTHING!When I texted him saying I am still waiting for his response to my concerns, he didn't have a clue why I was contacting him. Mike nor Steve care about quality or honesty. Once they have your money, they wash their hands of you.The house across the street from me, Steve used as an example of a bad metal roof installation. 2 1/2 year old roof and the new owners had to hire a Roofer and contractor to do major repairs after massive water damage. Turns out that Steve's example of poor quality roofing was accurate, and done by ,.... you guessed it.... MWI, Mike West Industries!To top it all off, Steve didn't do any calculations to determine roof size for my quote. He guessed and didn't bother doing the math from the measurements he took. I have been OVER CHARGED by close to 25%!Do NOT use this company!

They did a great job on my roof ! The guy's doing it were very courteous & friendly, even though it was -15 outside ! I got a good job & great value on a great looking roof that will last me a lifetime.

I am 3.5+ months into an install, will reserve my review once finished, if it gets finished? Stars will be adjusted at the completion of job.Oct 14th, 2021Update - roof was completed in mid December 2021. I think it looks good but will need to wait for the snow to go in the spring to really tell. Delays were blamed on material issues. Justin and his crew were great when they were working.

Terrible experience with the management.No phones answered, taking weeks to reach them out. Fraudulent activity.We had our roof installed. And right after there was a leaking due to the short dripping edge.After long time waiting, finally they sent a service guy to fix. He came did something and it didn’t helped.Called again so many times. Until service guy get back to me. And offer a solution to fix it but already not for free.After many attempts to reach the companyI told him to fix. And been asked to pay the bill ( which we wasn’t supposed to have in first place. )Well I wanted the leaking gone asap. So I sent the money.At the day of the service no one showed up.I called the service guy,(phone is off).I called from different numbers and it’s on! But no answer. The guy just block my number.Couple weeks took me to reach the company. And they claim that they fire this guy. Asked them to provide me with his information for Police to claim fraud. Nothing. Sales person assured me that the owner will call me. Waiting two weeks now.Calling. Nothing!!!Total disaster!!! Stay away from this company.

Gary from MWI took us thru the entire process and offered many different options we had others come and give quotes MWI had a better product and a realistic timeframe we booked in July and were told mid October . MWI delivered and it was the best price.The install crew were professional and real craftsmen Dave,Connor and the crew were amazing to watch .The standing seam product is strong and durable love it Thanks MWI
