Walmart Supercentre

Getting flu shot, waa told would be a half hour wait. 27 minutes in I asked if we were next. We were told that that 27 isnt 30 and quote “to stop bothering him and sit down” very grumpy man with white beard! Actual person give the shot was very nice but the man (Scott) had more than an attitude. Id recommend his boss looks into his attitude

Great place for all your one-stop shopping

I enjoyed the scenic trip to Smith Falls along the way, I saw some of the Autumn colours starting to show in the trees. This Walmart location has very huge property with lots of parking and is wheelchair accessible. I was fortunate that I able to find a few items that I have been looking. Their Staff were super friendly super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

It took 40 minutes to buy a cell phone tonight.. I was buying it outright with no plan package read or explained to me.. 40 minutes standing next in line to be tended to. I even called in for it to be ready for purchase as I was coming in with my husband who tires very quickly after his stroke and wanted to be in and out of the store.. When I arrived however the service man not only ecnored me with my request to retrieve the phone so I could take it to the cashier right next to him so I could make my purchase. He instesd said no you have to wait for me to do it, I had already been waitkng just over a half hour at this point. When he was finally finished with the girls ahead of me there was an unmasked couple accross the counter calling him for assistance wanting to purchase a watch but requested information anout each. He skipped over us and went right to their assistance saying absolutelynothing about there masks not being worn I mught add, the three had a good chuckle over the fact we were skipped, I even spoke up about it and said how funny the situation actually wasn't and said my husband has had a stroke and tired very easily, I had alreadycalled this in to be ready and it only needed to be picked up and paid for... he still continued with them. By the time he came to me it took literally 3 minutes for me to pay for the phone and walk away. Also walmart, funny how the sign on the outside of the store states no mask no service... And very pathetic how this employee was the only person working alone to handle such lengthy transactions. Complete rotten, unprofessional service!!

Get some cashier's not everyone uses robots , next time I walk in here an there's not a cashier I'll just leave the stuff frozen or not in the aisle.

Online shopping is not their strength. Order showed as filled and shipped but after 3 weeks was not received. Walmart response was to cancel the order. No help in trying to meet my needs as a customer and help me get the items. Directed me back to their website to reorder but size/color no longer available. This is why Amazon dominate the market.

Today I purchased a patio set and was helped by Kim H. - department manager - who was absolutely wonderful ! She checked the availability yesterday for me, and was present today to assist me. She arranged for 2 young men - Aiden + Gavin - to lift and load the enormous boxes into my truck. These 2 young men were so helpful and extremely polite !My experience with all three of these wonderful staff members was exceptional.Thank you all so kindly ! ❤️

Store is clean and well spaced. I was looking for an item and staff was very helpful in finding what I needed.

Good selection and decent prices. Could have a better selection of food, but what they do have is very good. Attentive sales associates.

Poor service in electronics. They had a sticker that was old and faded that confused the offering. The service was not appoligic about their error and was rolling there eyes and complaining that I was asking clarification. I will definitely never return to this location.
