Western Boat Lift, Dock and Trailer

We have used WBL for our docking and hoist needs for years at Baptiste Lake. The product is excellent and the service from Joel and team was top notch. They are personable, knowledgeable and always willing to discuss options to meet your needs. We have also used the WBL team for install in the spring and removal in the fall. I first met the staff at Western Boat Lift and the Boat and Sportsman show in Edmonton about 5 years ago. My wife Wendy and I had recently bought a cabin at Wabamun Lake west of the city and were looking for a well built dock system. We did quite a bit of research with respect to buying a boat lift for our Mastercraft NXT22 and decided that the Floe System was a very good product. We spoke to Joel at Western Boat Lift, Dock and Trailer and he was able to show us the lift at their showroom in St. Albert. We were impressed with his knowledge of the product. After doing a bit of shopping around looking at other systems, we decided that Western Boat Lift was the place for us to purchase our lift. As our cabin in on Seba Beach, we had them put our lift and canopy in the water for us. Joel's sister Teagan and her team (Ricky et al) were the installers and do such a great job that we request they be the ones who put in and take out our lift each year! So friendly and so capable. Since our initial lift and canopy purchase 3 years ago, we have also purchased a smaller lift for our little Sea Ray from Western as we are very happy with their service and product. This year we are hoping to purchase a SeaDoo and will definitely buy the lift from Western. Joel, Teagan, Joel's Dad and the rest of the staff are great to work with

Western Boat Lift came to our cottage at Wizard Lake, Alberta last fall with their dock lifting barge and took out our boat lift and piers. The whole crew was amazing and very professional. They placed everything on our waterfront lawn with complete care and expertise. Cannot say enough about how great the experience was. They were done in about 1/2 hour. Will definitely have them back in the spring to put everything back in the water. No longer need to rely on friends for help when you can hire this crew. Fantastic experience!
