Perfect shawarma? Nope. Almost adequate? Maybe. The first time I’ve had cold falafel - and would not recommend it. The salad component was ok. I asked the server to put a “dab” of hot sauce on the falafels who promptly “showered” them. The manager on duty was barking at customers and was probably the reason why staff there look and act miserable. I’d recommend this place only if you’re hungry and nothing else here is open.

First of all, The beef inside the plate was burnt! Second of all, they did put hot sauce in my wrap which I said I don’t want and I almost stopped breathing for a moment because of that… and then when I was complaining to them and while the other people who were working there apologized me the person who caused this was insisting that I said I want it and just to let you know I’m allergic to hot sauce… let’s put everything that happened aside, my chicken wrap was tasteless… it was my first time trying this place and it's definitely gonna be the last time…

I ate here this morning and the food is Fresh , staff here greeted me with a smile . I enjoyed my chicken plate , meat was juicy and freshly grilled. This place offers a variety of salads and different kinds of sauces . I choose to have tabouleh and couscous salad and it tasted very good. Hummus and garlic sauce is complimentary with all the meal plates. Tahini and hot sauce is also offered but I didn’t try those. This place started to get busy and had a line up for sometime but the staff members are fast to attend everyone timely . I took me about 5 mins to get from ordering point to getting the food. I tried the aryan drink and it’s absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back again to this location soon.

This was very tasty.Juicy and full package of flavors.They offered hummus + potato+ salad + pickles + chicken.The garlic paste here is really good.I also recommend getting a sandwich

The menu pics look appetizing however the food is cold, the meats are chewy, tastes like leftovers, the rice raw, and the prices are high compare to the quality and the size. I got the super box with mix meat. I only had a few bites then could not eat more of them. Would never try it again!

DISGUSTING! No flavor for any of the food or sauces. They add a pinch of meat and the other toppings but lots of lettuce. The employees here do not care about this place or the customers. They forgot to add garlic to the potato’s but charged us for it. Employees had such a nasty attitude. Some toppings had other toppings in their bins as well.

The people who works here are not friendly and some what rude. You ask something and everything you have to pay extra. tomatoes and onion you have to pay extra. They dont even ask if you want sauce or hot sauce.. The price I understand because they are in the mall.. Never going to buy again here.

You can’t go wrong with chicken shawarma…but you can go wrong with where you get it from. Villa Madina is the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. The chicken is beyond bland and the sauces are just downright poor. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, even if they were hungry without any options.

Food and service was exceptional. Was there for roughly 5 minutes and the owner was incredibly kind. I asked for extra tahini and he put so much on my plate it was amazing. He noticed I was sweating due to the heat and gave me a free water to cool down. Food was great, the service was great, would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back! :D
