Merit Travel Toronto

Booked a vacation to Scotland and Ireland and my travel agent Bee was very helpful in zoning in to what I wanted out of my vacation and organizing it. Would definitely book again with this agency for future trips and even just for advice on destinations and activities to do there.

Just booked a trip with this company. The staff were very knowledgeable and eager to help. They really put in the extra effort to make sure you get what you want based on preferences and budget. I will be using them again for sure.

My family and I booked a trip last year August. The trip was horrible when we called about getting a refund it was stated that air Canada needed to be contacted. Air Canada responded stating that we will get out refund within 3 months it’s now a year later we still have no refund and merit travel Peterborough will not give you any full explanation to why we are waiting I contacted air Canada myself and they said merit had already received the money now I’m in a back and Forth with them for where our refunds are . Now the manager was suppose to call me this week and I still have not received a call. I called in a agent stated she left for the day so I asked for head office number she placed me on hold for about 10 min then gave me a number that didn’t work. Please stay far away from merit Peterborough. P.S the original agent that i was working with no longer works with them but I was never notified so for the past 4 months we were emailing her about the refund and the response was we will get back to you ASAP. Beware of this company

I've booked 2 trips through Amanda. She's been outstanding. I had quite a lot questions both times, and she would always follow up or get back to me quickly. I can't recommend her services enough! I will be more than happy to work with Amanda again for future travels! :)

I have no idea what is going on here, but this place is terrible. Waited on the phone for half an hour twice to speak with someone and then other times straight through too an agent. A very complicated operating system. Spoke with someone about travel arrangements and never heard back, followed up three days later with a phone call they said they were working on it, never heard back. Not sure if they are like this with every customer but really bad experience for me.

I always find the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. I've had nothing but good experiences booking travel and buying insurance here.
