Horrible. I was diagnosed with a deviated septum about 8 years ago and had a surgery booked. Long story short, I became a type 1 diabetic which would change the aspect of the surgery so I had to cancel and never got around to re-booking. Finally, last year I called back and got referred here. Have seen them 4 times in person and have accomplished nothing. Now apparently I don’t need the surgery. Miraculous how I’ve defeated a deviated septum myself without even knowing it. Dr Hanna is nuts. And good luck ever trying to get a hold of the front office as they do not answer phone calls or emails. And they call you at odd times with automated messages. I’m not one to complain, but this review is very necessary. I have to go find a new otolaryngologist now to fix my problem.

I was referred here after I put in a referral two years ago. I was quite excited to finally get my referral however upon arriving I was forced to wait 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time to be treated. i was the only one in the wait room. It was just extremely rude and just shows how little regard they have for their patients time. Even when I asked how much longer I was dismissed with you will be next". I was the only person in the waiting room

By far the WORST experience of my life.Their method is definitely treat them and street then but with the worst treatment possible!Definitely always get a second opinion and DO NOT make this DR one of them!

I went there to see Dr. Morong, maybe it was a 2 week wait time, no problems booking the appointment. As Dr. Morong scoped my nasal passages she prepared me each time when it might sting, knowing where the tight spots were. She gave me lots of information to help understand the likely causes of my problems, and offered a couple of ideas for further treatment. It felt a little nicer than a covid test, didn't take long.Because this clinic helps people who have sleep problems, I can understand how some people may be extra sensitive to anything that goes wrong. There was parking right next to the clinic, and I had no problems with the whole process.

Unfortunately this clinic is why our current health care system is falling apart. Will not make appointments to see patients in person and it's Jan of 2023, and no reason as to why they couldn't see me. This clinic takes advantage of our health care system. When I confronted the office staff and told them I would right this review they called me back to offer me an in person appointment, sorry for you but that's not how this works. Clearly we can see why this office has such a poor rating. Do our health care system a favor and do not visit this clinic.

I have had a lot of health issues and surgeries over my life, therefore have had A LOT of doctors. This dr and “team” are so rude and unprofessional. I have been waiting to schedule an appt for 6 months! Even though my situation is urgent. I was originally told 2 months, then 4 months. It is now 6 months. I don’t even have an appt! They will not book appts “until one cones up”. Due to being a type 1 diabetic and having a constant infection for over half a year, it has affected my health greatly. This doctor should not even be practicing. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER this doctor/clinic. I would give 0 stars if possible!!

I’ve been going here to monitor a condition, have had a pretty good experience. Receptionist is really nice and there are no wait times. The doctor is great as well.

I never, ever thought I'd have to leave to a poor review for a medical clinic but here we are.So the short version of a very long story, I've been dealing with an on again/off again ear infection. My family doctor referred me to this clinic, had a telephone appointment with one of the doctors at the end of July. He told me that based on my condition, he wanted to book a hearing test. I gave him my email address, I was told that I'd would be contacted for an appointment.Three days go by....no phone call or email. So I call the clinic asking them to book an appointment because nobody ever followed up with me. I was told that they would only contact me when an appointment becomes available, which at the time was at the MINIMUM a one month wait time. All the while my ear infection/hearing isn't getting any better.So I begrudgingly waited. I had an appointment with my family doctor in mid-August. Fed up with waiting, I delivered them an ultimatum via voicemail. Either get me an appointment within a week's time or I ask my family doctor to send me to someone else. The next day they call me back, the receptionist apologizes and tells me the best they can do is September 21st (another whole month of waiting). I didn't even bother to respond. My family doctor referred me to the Maple ENT clinic at Bathurst and Rutherford, Dr. Sunita Rai was fantastic. I saw her within a couple of weeks, and I'm already on the road to recovery. Meanwhile.....I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN THESE CLOWNS IN PERSON.Sucks to suck. Git good scrubs.
