Not one to leave bad reviews but it needs to be done, bad service regularly, wrong orders, paid for extra items that they don’t add. I’ve had my breakfast order (bacon with extra cheese) ruined 3 days in a row. How do you give someone sausage with no extra cheese when they ask for bacon with extra cheese? 3 days in a row!

Went inside because the drive thru was too long. There was myself and one other lady waiting in line, by the time I had been helped and received my coffee, the entire drive thru had been helped. I tried to be understanding but both the other lady and I had fully lost patience by the time we were helped. Glad to see they fully prioritize drive thru over in store customers. Next time I’ll stick to McDonald’s.

Busiest drive through ever.. screwed up both teas and wrong donuts... didn't get the timbits I ordered for the dog either . .. service however was fast evennthough it was wrong

Disappointed, i asked for less ice in my drink and they gave half a cup of content. Does it mean ice cost them a dollar and half because my drink was for 3 bucks.I hate these owners and managers who has these kind of guidelines implemented in the store.Please don’t ask for NO ICE because there might be a chance they will give you an empty cup.

Worst customer service , huge quest , very greedy unethical organization, they want to check 0 ¢ for water saying they can calm planet , well if for water they wanted us to by there class , let keem keep reusable glasses for coffee etc also , double standard

Great location , always fast and never make mistakes on my order. Staff is polite. They removed the garbages outside the drive through, I miss this but I cant understand how people would abuse this. Now people just leave garbage on the ledge near the drive through. Still great coffee!

Worst management ever. Who fires a teenager for being 3 minutes late a few times because of buses messing up then he shows up super early an you fire himYour nothing but a joke Reece an head office will be getting a call .He even tried to work with you starting later.Disgusting management!!!!!

The staff didn’t pay any attention to the mobile order. I myself repeated the order too, still she gave me wrong product .I had to go all the way to return it and get a new one , all the staff members were giggling about it , none of them had any sense of basic etiquettes to apologize . Also I had to Compromise with an alternative. Staff need to learn to value customers time .
