The best place for products and customer service! Ordered several things and one item came broken. Without question, I was offered a replacement or a refund. I really wanted this item and chose a replacement. The person with whom I was chatting on the website, asked me to let her know when the item got to me and if it came in tact. It did come in tact and I am thrilled! She was very relieved right along with me!

Aura in Pink really helped solve my predicament. I recently received a special coffee mug from my daughters as special gift. Unfortunately I broke the cup so bad it ended up in the garbage. I went looking on the internet and found the identical cup at their online store. I was worried it would arrive broken. However Aura In Pink did a fantastic job packing the cup and it arrived in perfect shape. I will definitely order from this store again. They go the extra mile with the packing of breakables. I just received the Mittens and Whiskers cat scratching post, and this is made for kittens not CATS very small and very disappointing. My fault I didnt check the measurement on the one I had. The product should be marketed as kitten scratching post. IT took forever to get because its a Canadian based company, MY FAULT. The return wasnt going to be worth it.
