I would like especially thank Rob and Acura of Oakville for providing a great customer experience. Rob was a pleasure to work with, the entire process from start to finish was easy and I look forward to dealing with him in the future. One of the deciding factors with signing with Rob was the distance of travel to go pickup the car. I live in Richmond Hill, so getting to Acura of Oakville was a little problematic. Sure, I could have gone to another dealership closer to me but Rob was highly recommended. He definitely went above and beyond by easing my concerns by offering to drive the car out to me. So, as of yesterday, I received delivery (literally) of my 2023 Acura Integra A-Spec Elite from Rob.

Xavier is the best! We bought our second vehicle this week at Acura of Oakville. We live in Niagara, but chose to drive to Oakville once again to purchase from a very reputable Acura dealership. Just bought a used 2019 MDX from Carmen and the Team at Acura of Oakville. Like usual, it was a great experience. Secondly I can’t speak highly enough about a guy like Steve or Dave or Vince. I always love dealing with those guys. Their service department is top notch: fair, friendly and knowledgeable. They are absolutely fantastic.Dealing with Rob is an absolutely amazing experience. Such a personable guy, and great at sales. The service he provides is second to none. Like I told the guys, I can buy cars everywhere but I always enjoy dealing with Acura of Oakville because of the overall experience and how wonderful they treat me. Those kinds of things are not forgotten, and will continue to drive loyalty.As they say, life is about the relationships you make and I think their team really exemplifies that.

I recently got a new MDX from Acura of Oakville, and the entire experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. This year hasn’t been great in terms of delivery times for any dealership, but instead of hiding that fact and overpromising unrealistic timelines, Rob was very transparent from the beginning. He kept me in loop as things progressed, understood my car rental situation and tried his best to get an early delivery. It is amazing to see a salesperson who doesn’t aggressively push a sale the first time you meet him, but rather insists on you taking your time before making such a big decision. The car is fantastic as well, I am pretty sure I’ll stick to Acura for a long time.

I didn’t buy my car here but came to get my tire fixed because it was closer. Made an appointment yesterday and was able to come this morning. Unfortunately they didn’t have my tire right away but said it will arrive by 3 pm and to come back. Called me at 1:30 and said it was ready. They finished in 30 minutes and washed my car. Just want to say that the service receptionist Joanne was super nice and professional.Took some pics of a beautiful, bone stock NSX in the lobby.

My family and I have been going to Acura of Oakville for several years now. Every time that I have been in, when Carmen is in, he takes the time to chat and ask how I am doing. He is always very friendly.I have leased a few vehicles and Rob has always been very reliable. I never have to worry about anything - he always lets me know what is being done, and what he needs from me. He is always making my experiences at Acura a fantastic one!
