True North Christmas Lights

About 4 years ago, we made the decision to light up the 30ft tree in front of our house. We couldn't be happier with the results! A couple of years later we also had True North add lights to the house which also looks fantastic! We have received numerous compliments from our neighbours over the years. The staff come back each year to inspect/adjust them - they are very responsive to requests and very professional. Definitely recommend them!

AVOID. Over charge, Sell you lights that wont work without warranty. Will not complete set up if you are not happy. Many visits to only have them not work and then charge you for the removal. THERE ARE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL OPTIONS OUT THERE.

Professional company and the most beautiful Christmas lights around. My kids get happy each time we drive up the house and see the beautiful lights. Dan the owner is pretty amazing too. Thank you True North Christmas Lights.

Having True North Christmas Lights install the lights on our community Christmas tree and string our light poles with their high-quality lights was a decision I'm so glad we made. They did a phenomenal job, were excellent to work with, and the quality of the installation was second to none. The collective joyful gasp from the community last year as we lit the tree was a memory not soon forgotten. Happy to have them back this year!

We needed lights for our Defending Awesome Christmas Float in the Santa Christmas Parade of Lights in Banff and True North Christmas Lights were AWESOME to deal with. Dan, Audrey and the rest of their team were professional, speedy and exceeded our expectations. The installers came with all required supplies, extra extension cords, wires, splitters, ladders, hight light pole mounts and were install everything quickly. They also had a massive inventory of different lights and colours.

True North supplies and installs Christmas lights on all of our showhomes and properties, and they are perfection!! The crew always arrive on time and are incredibly thorough.They are always quick to respond to any questions and schedule our appointment at a convenient time.There is no question we would highly recommend True North Christmas Lights and we plan to use their services in the future.

This is our second year living on an Acreage, and our first year using Dan and his team.Last years experience was less then professional, so needless to say we had the company come and take away their install and refund us for the breakage of our own equipment. The whole experience had left a sour taste in our mouth so we had decided that we wouldn’t entertain doing lights again.That ended up feeling too much like a “grinch” so to speak, so on December 10( when most light installation companies have packed up for the season) and I expected to have no luck- not only did True North agree to come out, they sent the owner and confirmed for me a long term plan for years to come that will lower cost in the long run… and the install crew were pleasant and had great last minute ideas as well- just a professional bunch over all. The installation was beautiful- take a peak at the photos!!! Will be working with them as long as I own this home!!

I have been using True North since 2018. They just finished for this year, and once again it looks great. They take the time to space the lights perfectly, all the while working safely on high ladders. They have responded in a timely manner to failed strings in the past. It makes outdoor light a pleasure, not a chore.
