They ordered in the item I needed in good time. Order desk was professional.

Reserved some products yesterday and got a call today informing me of their arrival so that i could come and pick them up. Waited 10 minutes at the reception only to have someone tell me they sold I what I reserved. It took me 45 minutes to get here. No products, no apology no nothing. Never dealt with such unprofessional business before. Not in any places I've traveled to. How it has survived to this day is beyond me. It should've run itself to the ground long ago.

SCAM! Be aware of this company, they lied to me three times from last week to this week, I am feeling like I’m a fool now. First of all, It was in last week, I asked one of the items that if they have it in stock so that I could go and pick it up, they promised me they would have it at the other day, and asked me to wait til tomorrow. And the other day I called them to schedule a pick up, they pleased me to wait for one more day, I was convinced. And then they told me they had never have that item. And TODAY, I called the company to ask for another product if available, they said yes and would like to reserve to me and took my credit card info for the reservation. And later I got a call from the company after I drove for an hour, and would arrive the company in 5 mins, they informed that they don’t have that item anymore. What the f, I was like. And then they convinced me to get another similar item to take replaced, I got no choice, so I had to agree with it, and 5 mins later when I arrived the company, they informed it’s all gone, I will have to take order and wait for 3-7 days.
