Canadian Caps and Gowns

My experience from pre-sale to delivery (and every step in between) was flawless and easy. The quality of the garments was much higher than I expected for the price and the service I received was prompt, friendly, and professional.

The quality of the product is great, the staff are not. It has been 28 days since my credit card was charged twice for my order and I still have not received my money back, nor have I received any response from my many emails and phone calls. I am currently going through the bank to trying get my money back. I will never order anything from them again.

Not the best customer service + deceitful practices!

I would like to start by saying that the staff that work at Canadian Caps and Gowns are amazing very friendly and compassionate in these uncertain times. Their compassion, generosity and understanding to my situation when ordering my cap and gown was absolutely outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone, you will not be disappointed. shipment was fast and the quality of the product was excellent couldn't ask for better. Because of them my child will have a very special and memorable at home graduation 2020. Thank you again Canadian Caps and Gowns

Honestly this review is for their customer services. I placed an order for my UWindsor graduation and unfortunately I couldn't attend it. Despite SEVERAL calls and emails (WELL IN ADVANCE) they always have a new reason to put off my refund. All these months later, I am just going to let go of my payment, I'll just think I've made a donation. But please just remember, that money you guys are refusing to refund might really make a difference to someone.

Fantastic customer service & delivery time. Thank you so much to the team at Canadian Gowns for helping me create a custom doctorate hood. My sister abruptly ended her final year of school in the UK back in March 2020, due to COVID-19. We wanted to make the best of the situation and have an intimate family graduation party. Thank you for creating her hood as it added value to her ending such an important chapter.

Not only did my order arrive exactly 24 hours after I placed it, the quality was much better than I had anticipated for the price I paid. Received a well made Cap, Dated Tassel and Gown next day!!⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆ Certainly 5 star service. I will order from this company again and again!!! ⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆

I needed 2 grad tassels for the next day and called to check if it would be possible to have my order delivered by then. I called to ask if that would be possible and the woman serving me checked shipping times and said that it should work. I place my order and 5 minutes later received a call because the service agent noticed I ordered a tassel for kindergarten and wanted to make sure that was correct. She was right to call as I wanted an adult size and was able to correct it thanks to her.Although I realize that I called at a lucky time and shipping logistics can be iffy, I received my order the next day and they were perfect high quality tassels. The customer service woman was so pleasant and helpful. This was a great experience!

I ordered 15 gowns for my child’s daycare graduation class and was really impressed with the quality of the gowns, and how quickly they came.We originally found some on Amazon but I was thrilled to be able to support a Canadian business that was more affordable and came within days!Thank you!!
