Wow! Can't say enough great things! Came here for my moms birthday. We had the fish and blue smoke brisket, it was delicious! Great service, great smiles and a fantastic atmosphere, would definitely recommend!

My family and I from Wasaga Beach went after an Italian concert Saturday night. The owners Alex and his brother are great, very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is fun with the music playing throughout. The food was amazing. We had the truffle fries, slider burgers and brisket all were delicious and a must try. We're definitely planning on going again.

Went tonight with friends and it was amazing. Great atmosphere. Good food. They accommodated my Celiac concerns and the chef knew all about gluten free. Food was delicious. Well priced. Steak cooked to perfection. Best part was chatting with the owner, Alex, as he walked about. Alex and staff were so friendly. I will definitely go back.

My friends and I attended a private tasting at Blue Smoke today and the experience was extraordinary. We had the sliders, polenta fries, octopus, village salad, olives, tapenade, steak, and pork chops. Everything was simply amazing - seasoned and cooked to perfection. A nice touch was the sourdough bread that accompanied the dinner - very tasty. Furthermore, the service was world class and everyone was super friendly. An added bonus is that the spot is easy to find with tons of parking and it's put together tastefully - a nice open concept with lots of windows. I'll definitely be back for more.

Brand new place! Had to check it out. We tried all the apps on the menu. I coulda just done that and be happy. They were all excellent, creative and out of the norm. It was a journey. Then I had the two bone stuffed pork. It was perfect. Beautiful flavor. Excellent wine list. Alex and staff were attentive and professional. Place is very cool. Can't wait to see what these guys do down the road.

We had our daughter’s 1st Communion party at Blue Smoke and what an experience. Food was as A1++++. Was a party of 13 and everyone raved about the assortment of Antipasto (Calamari was a huge hit) to the steak or Salmon with a ton of other delicious foods in between. Bolton needs a Restaurant like this. Owners were great to interact with before and during the party. Service was great as well. Being new and having the 1st party ever there we were not disappointed. This restaurant is fantastic! Great food and atmosphere! We were a group of twelve. We all ordered a variety of dishes from the appetizers to chicken, pork chops, brisket, moussaka, and steaks. Everything was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully, portions were generous as well.Go check it out and see for yourself, you will be back over and over again, I know we will!

We tried out this new restaurant and it was fantastic. Staff was very great. Alex was super friendly. We had the 12oz strip loin and it was made to perfection and very tender. Will definitely coming back.
