The location is somewhat tucked away so it's not always very busy. They've also changed their drive through configurations a bit and now is a bit faster. Most of their earlier day growing pains since opening have subsided. Sometimes I would take a slight detour off the highway just to grab coffee here.

Staff are friendly, food and drinks are good, and the place is always clean. 3 stars because as of about a week ago they seemingly just disabled all mobile orders, which is a huge inconvenience. It's not just when they're busy, which would be understandable. Last 2 times I went in it was disabled and the whole place was empty, as was the drive through. I get it when it's a smaller location, but I've seen much smaller and busier locations who never turn theirs off. Not that big of a deal to everyone, but as someone who comes on lunch breaks having to spend the time waiting for my stuff to be prepared is a major drag

It used to be good but there customer service has changed, when you make a mistake on an order it needs to be corrected especially when I’m paying 7$ for a drink. You’ve lost me as a customer and hopefully others will follow.

I forgot her name but the lady in the drive thru deserves a raise. She is by far one of the best customer I ever had. So jolly and I wish a lot of staffs in fast food is like her. Take notes.

Mobile ordered two sandwiches. The mozzarella and tomato. When I was picking it up at the drive through the sandwiches were cold as if they came straight out of the fridge. I checked inside, as cheese is supposed to melt once heated right? Inside, both sandwiches were cold and I see 2 sliced blocks of cheese, not warmed in the slightest. Asked the barista if they could warm it up and without even checking, he said “unfortunately not. They’ve been sitting there for a while” …. I created the mobile order 5 mins before I arrived at the pick up. Way to lie to get a customer to go away Instead of helping them.

Music is really loud, had a hard time finding a place to take meetings with the music blasting away. 2/3 of the time staff are rude, dismissive and ignore me, I try to counter with kindness only to have one guy plop my drink down on the counter spilling it everyone and not a single apology from him. The other 1/3 of staff are very nice, provide great service and give demos of some of the coffee and drinks that are offered. Feel free to contact me and I'll get the names of the bad bunch and we can help them to be better employees and provide the exceptional service I've come to expect from Starbucks

The lady in the headset on nov 7 at 6:53pm deserves a raise. she had the best customer service. she was creating conversation and was a very kind women she also wrote in my cup happy bday for my birthday!

I always preordered my drink and everytime I have gone to pick it up it's all was made right to my liking and temperature . Friendly group of girls and cute too
