They don't answer their phone. They lied to me and said they just got my prescription even though the doctor sent it hours ago. Then I waited an hour and a half for my prescription to be filled. Then they didn't even put it through my benefits. Will never go back.

When calling your pharmacy it keeps ringing and there is no message to direct the call. Your fax machine also appears to have issues. My doctor faxed in a prescription 2 times and you still haven't received it. It's been 6 days without my medicine. This is terrible! Fix your phone and fax.

the most toxic environment i have ever experienced. especially in the cosmetic department. I have never experienced a worse group of uptight, entitled, demeaning people in a supposedly professional setting in my entire life.

Very disappointed. The prescription I am taking has been on back order for several months.They called me and told me they wont be getting it any more and I should contact my doctor.I tried across the street at a Wal-Mart and not only did they have it in stock but they told me if they run out they will call other pharmacies to find it and if they have to, they will speak with my doctor.Bye bye Shoppers.

This is the worst pharmacy in Leamington. Unorganized, loose fax refills, and unreliable delivery. My mother is transferring all her prescriptions to another pharmacy. Her doctors office faxed the refill on July 13 and the pharmacy claimed they did not receive it but found it today. My mother has been without this prescription in for 4 days. HORRIBLE.Follow-up to this after Shoppers asks me to call them....how about Shoppers contact me directly.

No idea of customer service, in the pharmacy, I had to wait 30 minutes to get something behind the counter. The blonde pharmacist was rude, to the staff, creating a bad experience for staff and customers!!!

The pharmacy here is a joke every time I’ve been. Rude staff, ridiculous wait times.Not to mention the actual pharmacist owner, Anisha Nayar was EXTREMELY rude! Asking if I had a problem after realizing I was becoming impatient while she stood there flirting with some man. Yes, I do have a problem. Being the owner you’d think your customers would come before your love life. Then literally threw my prescription at me!Don’t waste your time here, period
