11/10 frustrating “service”—sent in endless circles of useless “logic”. Forced to use worthless call centre when the office is within sight. Cannot book tech to come here until their guaranteed-to-fail solution fails in the next 3-5 business days (longer here in this remote area—did I mention I can see the office from here), then we can book a tech (can’t book him/her until we suffer through guaranteed-to-fail call-centre solution), then someone will come from an office I can see from here. Shaw algorithms that prohibit personal contact and actual service are a sign of the decline of doing a good job to potentially save 3 cents. 58 minutes of my life wasted being held hostage to the algorithms. I have given birth more quickly and I’d rather shove rusty forks through my eyeballs than deal with Shaw.

The in-store office can't help with any cable or home WiFi problems. They refer you to the 1-800 help line which is no help!
