We had the pleasure of dealing with Geoff Aucoin for our project. Geoff was punctual and knowledgeable. He explained different options for our deck and took the time to understand what our needs and wants were for our backyard. He designed a practical yet attractive layout and the pricing was up front and fair. Geoff stayed in touch throughout the project and was quick to reply every time we had a question or needed something sorted out. The work began and ended on schedule. Fred and Adam were our carpenters. Their workmanship is truly outstanding. From the sanding to the steps...the finished deck is beautiful. We have had a lot of work done in our backyard this year (complete pool renovation, irrigation and some interlock) and our experience with Hickory Dickory Decks (and Geoff, Fred and Adam) has been, by far, the most enjoyable, reliable stress less" part of our renovations. Bob and his team did a fabulous job designing and building our new composite deck! This team is very skilled and pay attention to detail at every stage of the project. Bob, Fred and Mack are super-friendly, flexible and down-to-earth. They are good craftsmen but also good communicators. A real pleasure to work with!

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Hickory Dickory Decks, originally with Geoff Aucoin in mid 2013. He was an outstanding individual to deal with from the first meeting onwards, i.e. presentation, designs and pricing options. When we did make a decision in 2014 to move forward, Geoff advised us that he no longer worked in this particular territory but was more than happy to come by our home and introduce Bob Robertson, the new addition to the Hickory Dickory Decks family in this area. Bob made a commitment of when he felt they could start the job and was true to his word. The crew that he entrusted with the tear down of the old cedar deck, framing and installation of the PVC decking were beyond our expectations. Hats off to Brendan and crew for being so meticulous with their cuts, mitring, neatness and overall pride of workmanship. It was an an absolute pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Hickory Dickory Decks MIssissauga North West. We are thrilled to now have the deck complete and our furnishings in place and are thrilled with the choices we have made. Thanks Bob and crew! All the best for a prosperous 2014 and beyond.

Bob and his team made the entire process completely stress free. Chris did a beautiful job of the build and we love our new outdoor space. Really couldn’t ask for a nicer more professional team. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience with Rob Hendriks from Mississauga South West and his installer Mitch. Rob worked closely with us to design our deck. He was extremely professional and patient through multiple design changes as we worked with him to design our dream backyard space. Installation was on-time with no delays and Mitch had a strong sense of work ethic, arriving first thing every morning and cleaning up the site at end of day. Throughout the job Rob was very attentive and focused on ensuring we were 100% satisfied with the installation and final product. We couldn't be happier with our new deck. A quality deck to enjoy for many years to come.

When we originally started to get our deck re-done we met several people and from the beginning were impressed with the amount of detail and patience Bob put into it. We changed plans mid way and had an extension added to our deck. Bob was patient and had our best interest in mind. He gave us great suggestions and gave us an even better team. We had Bob and his team do a composite deck this summer. It was a fantastic experience. Bob is very professional and personable. He worked with us all the way. Very professional from start to finish. Andrew was the lead on building and he was always very friendly as was Dave. They explained every step and they were exact with the timing. We enjoyed our new deck all summer long. Hickory Dickory Decks built us a quality cedar deck and did excellent follow-up maintenance a few years later. We originally worked with Geoff Aucoin when he was the sales rep. for our area. He was great to work with: honest, patient, a no pressure approach, he had practical suggestions, and even coordinated seamlessly with the railing company we wanted to use because they specialized in the type of railings we wanted. Fred was the original carpenter and his precision and attention to detail meant that despite the fact that we chose to let our cedar decking age naturally, the deck still looks great, and only eight years later did it need a cleaning and a few boards replaced in the high traffic areas, for which we were happy to work with Rob Hendricks, the experienced sales rep. who took over. Rob was great to work with: friendly, no pressure, professional, honest, and a very fair price for the quality work he delivered. He came back a week after the job was completed to check all was okay, noticed a couple of other minor cosmetic issues, and fixed them at no extra cost. That's service! We highly recommend Hickory Dickory Decks and will use them for our next deck project.

We have had the pleasure of working with Bob Robertson and his crew this summer and fall as we redesigned our entire backyard.
