We were really happy and impressed with the whole Cainen experience as they replaced our roof last week. From the first visit, Dave was very knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions! From start to finish everything went as he said. The staff took their jobs seriously and were very professional and approachable during the time at the job. And clean up ... you would never know that they were there. Our neighbors are complimenting us on our beautiful roof. In fact, we are now moving ahead with another project from Cainen ... we will be replacing all of our gutters and downspouts. Can't wait to see the how it all comes together when finished ! Cainen Contracting recently repaired the roof fascia on the side of our home. They did an excellent job. They provided a free quote and Dave was responsive and got us in even for this small job. I appreciated the timely service they provided, especially since others places I called initially wouldn't even come out for a small repair such as this. Great service and would recommend! I would go with them again for any other roofing needs we may have in the future.

My roof was old and had a gutter that was falling apart. The crew showed up on time and was able to replace the roof in one day and cleaned up the mess. They also replaced the gutter efficiently and came back to do some minor adjustments I requested after the job was done. Gave a fair quote and was reasonable when an unexpected expense came up with the roof decking. Would recommend them to anyone!

I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THESE CLOWNS FOR ANYTHING!Took theM 3 visits to finish my roof, took drains off and didn't even put them back in the original locations. Fed one through my neighbors fence directing any water to their basement windows.Destroyed numerous plants in my garden, cigarette butts and nails left everywhere. Very nice when you have a dog that uses the yard...

Fantastic experience dealing with Dave and the entire crew that came out to redo our roof. From the initial visit to the final inspection, everything was done with care and I cannot recommend them enough. The roof looks fantastic and the guys that came to do the work were there early and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the jobsite after the fact and I have received numerous compliments on how well the roof looks from my neighbours. They were also the best price and best warranty compared to other companies I had quote the job. I would not second guess using this company again for any other repairs I may need in the future.
