If you want to have the best deal in the market then just visit them. It seems the Balck Friday is always there. The guy, Shariar, is very polite and informative. I recommend this store.

Such a smooth experience. Shariar and Arafat made my journey super easy. There was a long queue. They kept everyone engaged so that we didn't feel bored. They even gave their chairs to elderly people to make them comfortable. It was really a good experience.

Went for a new phone/plan on Boxing Day and Shariar was an awesome and easy guy to work with. Got a super price on a phone/plan and couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend checking them out when shopping around.

I went in to get a new phone and plan on the last hour of the Black Friday Sale. They had a great deal that they were offering and a lineup of people to prove it. They move through the line of people as fast as they could, but still answered all the questions and multi tasked. They had no problem staying late to help out every customer in the store while keeping a sense of humor.

Great deals. It was a shame to be told the connection fees would be waived if I called the Virgin phone team but that wasn’t the case. The phone team advised that the store needed to credit me the connection fees and that they couldn’t. I didn’t have time to go into the store so paid the cost. Despite that, the team at Capilano were good to deal with and I’ve reduced my overall costs significantly by switching to them
