Ultramar - Gas Station

The attendant was rude. I mentioned that one pump was out of paper and another two were not working. His response was that he knew what the problems were and that they were marked as such. I said that you can’t see that until you get out of the car and then you have to move to another pump. Response was “well, we can all use a little exercise, and honestly the place is going to be torn down in a month”Obviously this guy does not care and it reflects on ultramar gas stations…is this who you employ ? What other questionable practices are going on at these locations? Wow

Customer service is so bad. They don't even have a washroom in the gas station. Choose better options guys. Thankyou

Just put $20 gas in my tank I was on E and I left looked at my gas gauge and the needle didn't move. My gas gauge works fine I've had problems with this gas station before!! I confronted the cashier about they're not being any gas in my tank after I pumped and he basically said it is what it is!!! If you see this gas station I strongly advise anybody to drive to the next one!

Zero stars. It is illegal to refuse a washroom to construction workers, landscapers and other laborers. I'll never buy or get gas here. If you support laborers or respect the law you won't either.

Great prices for Energy drinks

Go elsewhere Please. Only 1 star due to the fact it doesnt accept. 0. Pump took our money through prepay and did not pump gas. Asked the attendant for assitance he stated we had not paid but clearly showed on our bank app that money was taken. We had to call our bank to recall and stop them from taking the money. We were reimbursed immediately through our bank and payment was put back into our account. We do not trust this ultramar and will never use again ,we went across the road to costco and had no issues.

Do not go to this gas station! They are charging more at the pumps than the sign says for regular gas. I called and told them and they refused to change the sign (i had a family owned gas station so i know its easy to change signage. As well as the main price sign is supposed to be changed before the pump prices change) . All they told me was to call back sometime after 9am and talk to the manager. I told them they were ripping people off in the mean time and it's not right that their sign says different. Again, they just said to call and talk to their manager tomorrow. I hate even giving them a star, but I want people to know. Maybe they have changed their sign by now but I doubt it....as they said they don't know how to

Always good prices, the convenience store looks plentiful and stocked well. Prices are lower after 10 pm, so if not desperate fill up after 10 pm. Lots of pumps but usually has a little wait, of course given probably lowest prices in North Oshawa

They set it up premium gas automatic through inside the store system sometimes. Even you press regular gas still it filled up by Premium gas and cost us higher price. You couldn't change because payment already pass through. Avoid this place for gas

I purchased 2 CBD pens at 15$ a piece in store they were working fine by the time I got home one of the pens was flashing and not working anymore full of oil. I used the second one the following day and had the same issue. I returned and the manager told me it’s not his problem and after I leave the store it’s too bad. I wouldn’t buy any smoke product from these guys as they’re just out to take your money.
