Workers are great but the woman I assume is the manager is SO pushy, she basically orders you to get the fresh" food and when you don't she begs

A typical 711 although had the self pay aisle. The Attendant by the stand was very sweet and kind. Would recommend for a quick stop.

I love this 7/11! The selection could be a little better, but the workers here are always so kind that it 100% makes up for it. Considering there arent any real grocery stores in the area, this place really fills a niche in the neighborhood. When they had a post office it was the best post office in Port Moody by FAR, we miss it.

So far I have met 5 ladies and gentlemen at this location and they’re all amazing!Super friendly and polite staff, always try to help out by offering help and having a conversation to bright up your day!Love this location of 7eleven

My mom went there last week and the debit machines were not working. She had tapped her card and went to leave the store. The guy working yelled that her card declined as she was leaving (embarrassing and rude), she pulled up her bank statement and it says that she had paid for it. The worker then proceeded to take my mom bought things from her and told her to get her money back from the bank! With some aggressiveness. What!! $10 from the bank? The man after my mom was having issues too and she warned him that he might be over charged. So my mom dealt with this during her lunch break and still did not get her lunch. I have the information of the worker. I would not recommend going here unless you want to get robbed of your things you paid for, and your happiness.

Very unimpressed. It is September 30th 1:58 pm and the girl at the register was extremely rude. I have never in my life experienced such a rude experience. I can’t believe how bad I got treated. Didn’t get a hello. I literally stood there and had to ask her for what I wanted. She stated my total rolled her eyes and when I left she didn’t say thank or bye or nothing at all. The ladies that work during the week Monday - Friday are awesome but this girl really looked like she hated her job, or she had ZERO training on customer service. Very disappointed.

I used flex delivery using this location. I ordered some favorite items online and had them shipped there. When the goods arrived, the post office never sent me the notice required for flex delivery. Not knowing the shipment had come, it was not picked up and eventually got returned to the sender overseas. Terrible service and work ethic. It was not just an oversight. I had another shipment that was treated the same way; no notice when arrived. Luckily, for this shipment of medical supplies, I had the tracking number and spotted it online of its arrival. Otherwise, it would have gotten returned too. I would not recommend this location at all. Totally unreliable.

Came with pre-made snack boxes for the $5 meal. Self-serve station at the end by the iced coffee machine.

This is my local store, and man has it only gotten worse over the years. They removed the post office, and now have an expanded chip section or whatever, but literally who asked for that? If you're gonna get rid of the post office, then at least get a third Slurpee machine! But no, and the flavors here are so stagnant that me and my brother have started going to other 711s or even Circle K just for some flavor diversity. You guys have to do better, start by getting a third Slurpee machine.

Called twice just to inquire if they have my specific iqos heets product. Being hung up on twice due to business being busy ok understandable. This is Port Moody how busy can it really get. Called back again at 1:15 (first call about 12-1230) again to be hung up on. I know they carry this product but the fact the clerk couldn’t be bothered to help me is the reason I’m writing this review. I understand people are over worked and underpaid but cmon guys just one ounce of customer service would be appreciated.
