My car's steering wheel was vibrating and not returning to it's right position after making turns. Neil helped me out on this. He fixed the issue quickly and aligned the wheels properly. He is a very honest and knowledgeable person. 10 on 10 would recommend.

Thank you Jack for saving my day and restoring faith in the community.I was just about to head home after one of the car service centres in the area made a false promise of getting the car ready and delivering it to me in 4 hrs. But not doing anything at all!.I spotted Jack's place and walked in to check if he could help.Did he not only complete the full spring check-up including oil change and tyre rotation in 45 mins he gave me a walk around the car inspecting everything and explain everything to me. I could watch my car getting serviced. They did a pleasant job!I highly recommend Jack and Mida's.Great job you guys.

I was in this facility before but somehow there was nothing in their files on me. Anyhow, the oil change was done at the estimated time stated at the get go. There’s just a couple of things that would have made me extremely satisfied: their waiting room did not have any reading material other than their brochures which is fine but I didn’t have snything to do in the hour of waiting other than fb, but other magazines would have bern good; and the technician should have come out if but to reassure me that the service was done as requested and everything was fine with my vehicle.

I was in to check an engine light for my c300 mercedes. The person attending at the desk was not very polite and I was also charged a higher amount just to scan the codes and this rate was 82 while it took just 65 dollars for the same two months ago at another place.. I had read one or two bad reviews and i was unsure anyway, however i decided to any way give it a shot and this is my experience. Also while driving my car in, they did run it over the metal that mounts the car

Neil saved the day in -30° and helped get my vehicle back on the road. He was knowledgeable, friendly and kind and I certainly give 5 stars because of his great and outstanding service! He deserves a promotion or a raise... or both! Thanks again Neil!

I have never had a bad experience here! I always get my oil changes and tires switched here and am always impressed by the service. If anything goes wrong with my car I bring it to Midas at Finch and VP and they go above and beyond to help get it fixed.

A place that doesn't value their customers.They got me in and out as a walkin quickly, which I appreciated. But doesn't all businesses do that? For being thankful, I left them a decent nice tip for signs of appreciation.But after fixing 1 issue, another issue of the same suddenly came up the instant I left that door, relatively speaking minutes part. I'm only a short distant away and requested that maybe they can make exceptions of coming by to help me so I can get my car going back to them. But my only answer from them was an apology, they don't offer that service and quite booked up. They're off in an hour. Try coming tomorrow if I get my problem fixed so my cars mobile first, otherwise they are unable to help.Here's also what I didn't want to mention, their workers clearly didn't know what they were doing. They were about to use spare tire bolts, to put onto normal rims.Another mechanic I visited today, said luckily I caught them and educated them to use the correct bolts, otherwise at a certain speed my entire wheel could've fallen off.This is how customers are treated here.Not a place I'd recommend nor would enjoy go back. I paid for what I needed to fix and my tip is exactly a lesson learnt where I should've just opened my windows and let it fly out to someone who'd smile picking it up rather.

Came here for the first time to do a regular maintenance of a 2023 Tucson. Drove my car 30KMs after a few hours and now I am stuck in the middle of the road after the car started shaking and smell of burnt oil started coming out. Car wont turn on and if does, it turns off and smoke starts coming out from the exhaust.I am waiting for a tow truck thanks to these guys that messed up my car. I dont know if they used the wrong oil or didnt do the job right. I will demand a refund and to pay my back for the damages in my car.Note that my car has 8430 KMs and this is the first maintenance of the car and they broke it.Beware of these place and think about it before doing business with them.
