Kean is amazing!! Jody and Adrian were both very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Jody was absolutely fantastic and I felt very taken care of from start to finish. She was very communicative throughout, sending me updates on my vehicle and answering any questions I had about the service. As someone who has previously had multiple nightmare experiences with auto shops in the valley, it was such a treat to have such a warm and responsive customer service person like Jody, who you can tell really cares about the customers' experience. This experience alleviated a lot of anxieties for me! I also super appreciate the shuttle service Keane offers, as well as the way that they take pictures of your vehicle during the inspection so that you know what *actually* needs to be done.As a young woman I feel like certain industries don't always treat me the same as they would a young man, so it's such a relief to find a shop that's honest, trustworthy, and treats me the same as any other customer that walks through their door. I cannot rave enough about Kean!! Thanks so much!!!

We’ve been there, they helped us with our oil pump and more stuff, costs 1500 bucks. Took 5 days to repair and after our first ride we had another problem caused by the pump. So we called them again but they told us it wouldn’t be their fault. So we went to another mechanic who knew immediately what the problem was, so thanks to mean auto we had to pay another 200 bucks because of their mistake.

Kean found me a quick appointment at a time that worked for me. Service began right on time. Reception was clear and prompt. The team found an additional concern which I approved for immediate remedy. The waiting room was welcoming, offering hot beverages and comfortable seating with a clean washroom on site. Billing was clearly explained by reception, The cost was reasonable and a report of the inspection was sent to my home email.Excellent service as always. I have been customer for several years and the professional level of competent service has never varied

Visiting town for a month and needed an oil change for MB E-550. I was so fortunate to find this business. In every way they exceeded my expectations and I have dwelt with a lot of auto repair shops with higher end vehicles. I'll try and have all my servicing done here on future visits.

Highly recommend!My parents recommended this shop after getting their A/C replaced and I was having issues with my front brakes and needed to get them replaced by weeks end as I was headed out of town. We called on Wed morning and they said to bring it by Thursday morning and it would be done by Friday days end.Even thought I didn’t have an appt my car had new brakes by 3pm Thursday! I also had expected to need new callipers and to my surprise I was told I didn’t, which was a pleasant surprise and just shows the honesty of this shop.Thank you all for the amazing service, I will certainly be back for future car needs.

I had an out of province inspection done here. The people were friendly, and very helpful. I liked that they posted pictures/report and sent me the link so I could see everything online.Would be 5 star except for the fact they offered a military discount, but only for currently serving members. I completed 16 years of service and was 2 months out of the military and they would not apply any discount as I was no longer serving.

This shop is top notch! Super friendly and informative staff. Very neat updating and inspection system providing pictures and notes the whole way through your cars visit. Loved the experience and will definitely be going back.

I would happily recommend. Just had my front and rear brakes done, as well as one of my tie rod ends. Diagnosis came with pictures which made it much easier to assess what and when I wanted to have work done. Explanations were given for each recommendation. Really happy with the service. My only ask would be that a price breakdown be included with quotes. I want to know what each component of the work costs, and a choice given for quality of parts I wanted to put in.

I'm new to the Comox Valley and had bought a car in Victoria. I had Kean Auto check it out and give me a condition report. They also swapped out winter tires to my all seasons. Friendly, Prompt, and , Courteous service. Work was fine, fair value. I'll go back to have them do my next service (2014 CRV)Scott
