Zing is such a wonderful addition to both West and North Vancouver. They carry lots of unique items, of which many are local. The perfect touch of local that Park Royal Village needs. Zing's beautifully curated store is full of stationary, candles and unique items for any and everyone. Greg, the shop owner, has always given wonderful, friendly customer service over the years which has always stood out to me. He loves to provide a little background story about the items you are looking at/purchasing which makes them even more special. Definitely a must-see if you are visiting Park Royal!

This place is a cute little store, unfortunately, I came here because it was categorized as a stationary store. I wouldn't consider this a stationary store. It's definitely more of a quaint giftshop with a great of selection of goods. It has lovely hand soaps, candles, and cards. As well as other neat things that would make fantastic gifts for people.

The first time I dropped in to Zing was to buy some cards. So convenient as I bought my gifts at one of the other shops in The Village at Park Royal. This time I needed to buy a gift for someone who will be retiring, I remembered Zing had some sentimental gifts such as candles, pens, journals, books, cups, frames and so much more. Wondering through the store, I picked up lavender bath salts, a soy candle, a wooden block with inspiring words on it, and a retirement card. As a person who is so often short of time, I was able to pop in, pick up something and leave. In addition, the lavender bath salts I picked were made by a local merchant in BC. This was an added bonus as we live in these extraordinary times! I love supporting local merchants (such as Zing) and artists more than ever during this pandemic. Also the service was welcoming and genuine.

Recently discovered this lovely shop when I was shopping for a Planet Box for a grand-kiddo. Greg was in touch with me about my order within a couple of hours of placing the online purchase and the order was shipped the same day! Purchased on a Thursday and received the very next Sunday - it arrived so quickly!. Can't say enough about the wonderful customer service and attention to detail. Thanks Greg and the Zing team! I will be shopping with you again very soon and hope to visit the store in person at some time in the near future. Shopping local has very been so easy!

Zing is a fabulous find and a gift of a gift store! This little gem isIn The Village at Park Royal and it’s owner Greg, is knowledgeable, friendly and will make you feel right at home.Greg has sourced some incredibly unique cards and gifts from all over as well as promoting local artisans. And whatever you’re buying, you’ll always get a little background story about your purchase, which is why Zing is such a special place. Original and fun with fabulous customer service, I highly recommend you see it for yourself.

Today was the first day I went into Zing, and had a genuinely amazing experience. Greg is extremely knowledgeable on local businesses and supports local businesses as well. He was such a pleasure to meet, and talk to. The shop itself was beyond clean and tidy, and everything was lovely to look at. I will definitely be coming back, and recommend anyone in the area to pop by for a visit.

I love this store! My favourite in the village area. Greg is so enthusiastic and welcoming. I can always find the perfect gift, lots of great local finds. On my last visit I was excited to see that Zing has started to carry Loa, an amazing facial oil from a great Vancouver company!
