ROSY was one the best staff I have ever met, she took her time to explain to me step by step everything I need to know doing International/Local mailing. She was very friendly and spoke to me calmly despite the time it took. She really make my day! What an amazing experience.

I was struggling getting my order return process. Luck by chance I stepped into country side shoppers drug mart store and got assisted by Roseline.. She was all one coyld ever ask for a customer service representative! Excellent service... she explained me step by step.

Shout out and big thank you to Roseline the one in charged at Canada Post ( Airport rd ). She was helpful from the start as i was sending 3 items thru parcel using their available box , presenting and explaning to me the option on how to send it which i was able to save much. She was so pleasant and working fast. Lucky for Canada Post to have such a good employee like Roseline.
