Jan.7th we ordered a bucket of chicken and fries with a couple of sides and a popcorn chicken for our Grandson. My husband had to go back as they forgot the popcorn chicken. I'm not sure it was chicken we had. It was the most disgusting chicken we have ever tried to eat. It was like they put the chicken in cold Greece then let it heat up. It will be a cold day in hell before we ever go there again.

I don't usually do a negative review but this time I felt compelled to. This is my third time to KFC in Smith Falls in the last month and a half and it's the second time that they have not had enough chicken to fill a small order.I do have to say the one time we were successful in getting our order the staff was very courteous and helpful, the chicken was great.But what's a chicken restaurant without chicken!

By far the best KFC location I've ever been to in my entire life and I've been everywhere across Canada. This place is new and super clean, it looks fantastic and the staff are great. I don't mind standing and waiting on my dinner when I can have a chat with a pleasant good humored employee. (Matt should get a raise) Thank you.

Crew that is on tonight December 30, 2022 6:30pm is the reason we keep coming back. They have changed our opinion on this specific kfc branch. Best crew on any fast food chain not only KFC. Don’t come here often before. But since the new crew came, especially the manager on this shift we now come in for pleasure dining.

We ordered takeout on opening day. The food smelled like a cigarette butts. They were kind enough to replace our order, but the replacement also smelled.

This is an amazing Fried Chicken restaurant. This is one of the best restaurants in the area period. Great food and good service. The staff are efficient friendly and the food is inexpensive. In addition for some items the portions are quite small I usually attend here on my own for lunch but it has a great dinner atmosphere as well. I usually order the poutine and the food is very good too. The staff are customer centered in their approach and added to the positive experience of buying my takeout.There is always plenty of free parking and although the restaurant is busy at times the food service is pretty fast.OVERALL I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT AN 8 OUT OF TEN.I was able to visit the restaurant recently and I had a great time. I like the other selections on the menu too. The chicken burgers, and side dishes look great. This place is inexpensive and is for people who are looking for a cheap meal. But if you are in the mood for some tasty food and a modern feel look you should visit this restaurant. They also have a washroom on site. The washroom is clean and comfortable.I really enjoy this restaurant I hope you do too.

Foods usually good but almost every time they screw up my order. Manager is rude and dismissive. It’s not my fault I paid for items I never received??

Fantastic KFC location, service is usually the best I see at any restaurant (take out context). Definitely 5 star in my books, though my last 2 visits were very disappointing. A few days ago I got no dipping sauce for any of my popcorn chicken, and today i stood at the counter for 5 minutes but nobody came out to serve me at all. I assure you it is an exception, if you’re in the area and want a good KFC, this is the location to visit!Update, app non functional, can’t order any of the online deals. Sent about 10 emails, not ONE reply. Called the location, they say nothing is wrong.. app deleted, I asked for my account to be removed, and won’t ever again order KFC. Still think the SF location rocks, but the company as a whole clearly doesn’t care.

Never been so sick in my life. My husband, myself and 2 out of 3 of my kids have had serious food poisoning. The only child who isn't sick refused to eat the chicken.Customer service was great, but I can confidently say we'll never have KCF again.
