Very professional, very organized and the office is always clean. The team is comprised of a group of polished professionals who know their stuff. The Dentist are both experts in their field and take pride in their work while constantly delivering exceptional customer service, which is complemented by a dental hygienist, who is of the same calibre. The office manager is always ready to assist in any way she can. She is friendly, courteous, and understanding. The receptionist is friendly and courteous patient and is very strategic in scheduling appointments. If you request she can put you on a list, should there be any cancellations she will contact you with an earlier appointment. I recently visited Georgetown Sleep Dentistry with full expectations of having my procedure done! I suffer from anxiety when it comes to any activity within the dental office. I will have to admit from the front desk girl, dentist and the Anaesthesiologist/assistant I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and calming friendship that I got at this office. I will drive the distance to have “any” dental work I need to have performed in my month at this location. I would /have recommended this office to anyone who had anxiety when going to the dentist! Everything is perfect from the moment I entered until I left. I felt very taken care of and the fillings went very smoothly. I was very nervous at first because I hate going to the dentist but they put me at ease and explained everything to me before they did anything. I would highly suggest this clinic especially if you have a fear of the dentist

I had not been to a dentist for many years as I had no insurance and hated spending money on my ugly teeth. I was fed up, ready to have them all pulled and be fitted with dentures. After xrays showed my gums were very healthy, Dr Rashid recommended I should go the cosmetic route. I could not be happier with the end result and cannot stop flashing my beautiful smile! A little over due but here it is. My worst fear in my life was dentists due to a hack when i was a kid. But now being 50 my teeth where horrible and had not smiled in years so made an appointment and honestly they are extremely kind and the fact i had almost all teeth pulled for dentures and can smile again is directly from them helping me past my fears and caring and that i am forever thankful. Thanks again to Dr Rashid and the rest of the staff.

Well today Dr.Mustafa and Lina( the dental assistant) cleaned my teeth and filled in my cavity. I was so nervous for this day to come because I am highly traumatized due to past experience with my former dentist being ruff and painful. The laughing gas and freezing helped out a lot . Dr.Mustufa was so kind , caring and gentle. Lina was amazing she held my hands and was right by my side ❤️. The both of them together you will be in great hands. I now look forward coming to this office because of them. I only want them .

This dentist is amazing! I went here for my wisdom teeth removal of all 4 with general anesthesia! The dentist and nurses were amazing I didn’t feel anything and no pain even after surgery I’m completely back to normal in just 4 hours. Prices are affordable and make you feel so safe especially if you have anxiety or are scared of dentists!

The Sleep Dentistry professionals and teams responded quickly and with compassion when I inquired about emergency attention for my adult daughter who resides out of town. They made time to see us immediately at the Oakville location, and her (now multiple) proceedures were done at the Georgetown location - and promptly. The specialists and staff alike have shown great responsibilty for their clients and patients. Seeing the way they listened to and treated my nervous daughter (who *requires sedation most appointments) was enough for me to know I needed them as my consistant family dentist as well. I switched my Brampton dental commute to closer to home while my daughter happily makes the trip knowing she's with those who understand.

I recently switched over to this dentist. I have extremely high anxiety and multiple panic attacks when it comes to any sort of dental procedure (surgery, fillings, cleaning etc). Let me just say the staff at this location was absolutely amazing to me! The dentist, the nurse, the front desk staff were all so amazing and supportive. They went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible for my wisdom teeth.. even with my panic attacks they stayed so calm and were so patient. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone!
