Modern Water Solutions

Had a system installed that has never worked have had a few different guys out to fix, last guy says whole system installed wrong.They said would send some one else out get system working and restart warranty now they do not return calls or messages. Our sinks, toilets, fridge, washer etc. Have all had damage to them from this system .Guess lawyers are next.

Am totally disappointed in this system we was told a bags of lies plus the system don’t work for us it’s better if we continue to buy water from the supermarket , my system was installed by someone who was doing the job for the first time and never no much , also I was told that someone was supposed to come and make sure everything was setup properly no one came, also I was told that I was getting a discount of 6 months of my payment because I was saying I don’t want to take there system and few months later I call the finances company and it’s was other lies , my system was supposed to be tested a few months later when I get it install but no one seems to care because they already take your money that we have be paying every months back, It’s have been 2 years now still paying .

They didn't pressure me into the sale and were very happy to answer any questions along the way. I have health issues and I feel this water system has helped greatly, as I'm not drinking all the other stuff in my water. It tastes and smells so much better than before I installed the equipment. Garbage product. Garbage service

Bought our system from another company when we lived in Ontario. When we moved to SK and called ON for service, they referred us to a local company to continue service. Modern Water Solutions was a challenge to deal with. Hard to get a hold of. Repeat calls. Couldn't fix our problem the first, second, or third time. Eventually however they did get the job done. But their customer care and service certainly has lots of room for improvement.

They refuse to come service the equipment because it's too costly for them, even though you've already prepaid for the service. Incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Would not recommend.

@Danicasperle: Who is Nicole? There was no one ever by that name working there. Modern Water is a respectable business and I’m sure the current owner wouldn’t appreciate having their business slandered?
