Original Guys Pizza Pies - OG Pizza (Chatham)

Literal garbage. Ordered with door dash and waited for over an hour and a half and no one showed up with my pizza. Everything thing was confirmed and nothing at all. Just lit almost $40 on fire and I can guarantee it would’ve tasted better then the awful cold pizza I would’ve unfortunately been delivered.

I can’t say enough good things about Original Guys in Chatham. Fantastic food, staff and owners. I started working at Original Guys Pizza in August of 2021 and I just left my position at the building to pursue other opportunities with my schooling. In full honesty, it was an amazing place to work. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and all of the food I have tried has been incredible. The owners of the Chatham building are two young entrepreneurs and they are two of the nicest people I have ever met. None of the staff has any complaints about them, they work alongside the staff as team members and leaders every single day. Really great to work with. One of the best things about them is they understand that accidents happen, and no matter how big or how small I have never once seen either of the two owners raise their voice, get upset, lose their temper, etc. They will help their staff right the wrong and move forward, they are phenomenal leaders. Not many people have seen their managers pick up a broom, a mop and bucket or other cleaning supplies when things are a mess but these guys always do. One thing I cannot stress enough is how great of a business this is, they treat their employees like gold (they work around schooling hours, other jobs, sports, life events, and everything else with absolutely zero hassle to their employees). I myself am in school full time, completing placements and working another job. They never once hassled me about anything, if I told them I have exams coming up and need some days off their response was “okay! Good luck on your exams!” Outright incredible people to have as an employer, if all management was like them the world would be a much better place. They also use this level of kindness with their customers, if a customer walks in the door they are immediately greeting and serving them, asking for feedback and just overall exhibiting 10/10 customer service skills. Even look at the other Google reviews, if there is any problem they encourage the customer to alert them and they will make it right. These are not empty promises, I have seen first hand how they handle negative feedback and the customer is always happy in the end. These guys really care about their business and their customers. If they receive any negative feedback about anything at all they are very proactive in finding out what happened, how to right what was wrong and how to make sure it never happens again. They are always asking each other, staff and customers for suggestions to improve to be the best they can be.Again, I cannot say enough good things about OGs. I honestly have zero bad things to say about my time there and the other staff feels the same. It was an amazing time working there and I truly am sad that I have left my position and I will genuinely miss the building and the people.Keep killing it guys, keep making fantastic food, you’re doing great!Ps. The Barbecue Chicken Pizza is one of the most amazing things you will ever have and I highly recommend ordering it on ASAP!

I was in town visiting and decided to try OG pizza. I was very happy with my choice. Talked to owner as he made up and cooked my order in a traditional oven. best pizza in town imo, the ppl are actually friendly there and when they tell you a time it'll be done it's always accurate

Second time ordering....why is it the second time we order small and get large and charged for a large pizza?? The first time I just accepted it and paid and this time the cashier just looked at me like I had 2 heads and did not care. Maybe it's there way of making more money. Won't order again as it cost alot more than I ordered again....

We tried OG Pizza in Chatham for the first time today and I highly recommend it. Best pizza that I have had for a very long time by far. We ordered a large 'super' with green olives and Portuguese Chorizo for 'extras' and it was perfect. Thin crust, great topping right to the edge and it was delicious. The staff are super freindly and they sure know what they're doing. Definitely the best pizza in the entire Chatham/Kent area.
