The UPS Store

I contacted this store to ask if they could scan plotter sized drawings and was assured they could. I was charged $15 per scan (2 total for a charge of $33) and they were extremely poor quality. Please use a store with a plotter that properly scans documents. I also believe I was overcharged, Staples charged me 20 total for five documents of the same size.

Very good store and very professional service

Called this store yesterday to get my Passport picture taken. I couldn't go there until 6:45 as I get off at 6:30. The guy who answered the phone told me that he will wait for me. Great Service at lowest prices. I was provided excellent customer service. They goes beyond their limits to help you. Highly recommended. If you are looking for the best UPS Store location, this is the one you should visit once.

Excellent service is helping me ship DHL to Germany. Been back a couple times including shredding and they carried my boxes in..Highly recommend this place ! Great service ...

I recently visited THE UPS STORE #16 and I was extremely impressed with the level of service and friendliness of the staff. The printing services were top-notch, especially with the help of staff member Sahil who assisted me with my custom printing needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I received exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my printing needs in the future. Highly recommend THE UPS STORE #16 for their exceptional service and talented staff!

What a terrible experience. I dropped off two watches to be sent back to Amazon. The fellow behind the counter said his printer was down and could not give me a receipt on my request. I then asked for an email receipt and he said that was down as well. I then asked for a handwritten receipt and he said he did not do that. I then asked for the manager's name, and he said Doug. I then went to take a picture of the packages on his counter and he got very loud with me and told me he was calling the police because he was going to be in the picture. This whole incident lasted three or four minutes and was very upsetting. This is the second time I have taken packages to this location and the same guy does not want to give receipts. I get suspicious when somebody doesn't want to give a receipt especially as it was easy to see that these were probably watch boxes I was sending back because of the shape of them. I then phoned head office, lodged a complaint, and found out in fact I was dealing with the new owner of the store who would not even identify himself properly. It was a lousy experience, and I will say to anyone going here make sure you get a receipt. There was something very suspicious about what transpired at this store yesterday. Get a receipt foks, and do not settle for anything less.

I would just like to complement the staff at this location. They are always polite and very helpful. If they see me struggling trying to get a parcel in, they'll run right out to help me. Thank you to all of you

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR Passport Pictures or ANY Thing else!!! The person here was very rude and aggressive and violent. I had to return to get passports done 3 times and he would not refund my money! He took belongings from my hand and was physical! I will be finally a report with the police. Dangerous person that works here.

Every time I go here someone is always eager to help tape everything together and figure out the packaging for me without me even having to ask. It is nothing like going to the other competitors where they basically don’t want to help at all. Would always choose UPS when possible.
