Richview Manor

At the Richview Manor , I came to visit there a while I’m training PSW. I would saying that my manager is so friendly , let me to have the chances to work with the clients and the staffs as well. This place is very cleaning , people , staffs are so friendly. I felt so welcome with them. I’ve see that the care givers were good taking. They provided them to keep good shape in a good living . I would recommend that need more reach of them will living there .

Not to par as other homes. Needs much improvement when it comes to their food. As of March 2023, we have removed our parents. The care was beliw standard. Food is not as shown in their commercial. They do not have enough staff for care. The dining room is a zoo when seniors are served. I do not recommend this home.

My dad’s time at Richview Manor was absolutely wonderful! The outstanding facilities, staff and entertainment was something he shared with us all the time. The singing, dancing, card games, religious services and food were all things he embraced and enjoyed. Our family will always be so appreciative for all the care and support shown to our dad. Thank you!

I am a placement student at Richview Manor and absolutely love coming here! The staff and residents are very welcoming and always willing to having some fun! I have spoke so highly about Richview to my family, that my grandmother came in to tour and is now considering to move in!!!

I was hired as a summer student within the life enrichment and admin department. Overall a great place to work! The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get acquainted to the residents and overall environment. Richview Manor does fun and interesting things such as having a large parties once a week for all residents (while following COVID protocols). The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas.

I've spent 2 years working at Richview Manor as a summer student within the Administration department and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff are kind, caring and very willing to extend their aid when needed. The management team is supportive, understanding and foster a great workplace environment. More so, the residents are warm and don't ever fail to brighten your day. If you're considering working within the retirement industry, apply!

I had the great opportunity to work at Richview Manor as a Dining Room Assistant through the Summer Student Program. I truly enjoyed my time at Richview! All of the managers are extremely welcoming and supportive. They go the extra mile to ensure every employee feels safe and comfortable in their work environment as well as serves the residents with great care and compassion. Not only are they excellent employers, but they are also empathetic individuals who unconditionally provide a helping hand to each and every employee. It is always a pleasure to serve the residents - they are so kind-hearted and considerate. Just a small conversation with them will put a smile on your face. I highly recommend working at Richview Manor for those interested in exploring careers at retirement homes.

I have been working at Richview Manor in the Life Enrichment department for over a year now. My experience at Richview Manor has been nothing but amazing. All the staff are delightful to work with and incredibly dedicated to the residents. As a university student, I found Richview to be an environment where I felt safe to learn and grow. The managers have all taught me so much, and are always supportive and helpful. Working in Life Enrichment is an extremely fulfilling job. Not only do we get to brighten the residents’ days, but the residents are always so kind and I never fail to leave work without a smile on my face. The Life Enrichment programs are innovative, benefit the residents, and are most importantly fun! Richview Manor is so special because all the staff care about the residents so much. I would recommend working in a retirement home to anyone, especially at Richview!
