Very clean building inside and out. Their management, council, and concierge really do care about their residents. I feel safe living here. Keep up the good work.

Location sucks. Saw a 2 bedroom that had a glasd partition not really a second bedroom

Looks great asides from the location and secondary bedroom with glass partitions, looks nice and all, but not really practical for a bedroom. Too bad. Elevator is a bit on the slow side.

When it is freezing, the heating system is not working. Gym's ventilation is not working. Hot tube is dirty to not experience it again!When you choose this building forget all about amenities! I had moved in without any furniture and they charged me 150$ to only let us in and nobody answers your emails and messages!!! You are paying only for a condo, nothing more! So choose wisely!

Phenomenal looking building. Very nice finishings. Not the ideal location in my opinion, unless you like staring at the Costco parking lot and listening to trains pass by. Street parking is basically non-existent. Perhaps with all the other condos coming up in the future nearby the location will be better.

Great building. Great amenity. Great Location. I was surprised Solterra could possibly deliver such an amazing project. I had client bought their wood frame townhouse in South Surrey. When I walked into the unit in Milano, I couldn't even tell the difference btw this building and some other concrete highrises by BIG developers. Good Job Solterra.
