Speedy Glass Coquitlam

I have been to Speedy before in Burnaby and today I came to this location. Burnaby speedy was great, This Coquitlam location is horrible. I called them, no one picked up so I hung up after trying a few times. I then attended the actual location, no cars in any of the bays, the person at the front counter didn't even acknowledge me and walks out to help another customer. One person in the garage area peeks at the lineup for the front counter and scurrys off to hide.I wouldn't go here, they can't even have the time or courtesy to say a quick hey

Speedy Glass is the best. Had a chip on my windshield a few months ago which did grow during winter and it became a large crack so I had to replace it.My concern was mainly sensor calibration after the windshield got replaced (my car has several sensors), I got an appointment Online through their website and everything else was so smooth!Although a few days had left till new year, my car windshield got replaced as scheduled and ICBC covered most of the expenses.Kia from Speedy Glass was so kind and helped the entire process which took around 4 hours.It was crazy raining the day I grabbed my car but everything was perfectly good and I started using the car right away. Sensors also operate the same as before (they also did provide me a sensor certificate and warranty).Thanks Speedy Glass.

Their website sounds great, but actually it is NOT TRUE!Had cracked windshield replaced at Coquitlam location today, after got my vehicle back, noticed lots of mess and a small piece of glass in the front area inside, had to spend time to do the unexpected clean myself, also found a light paint scratch on left side frame outside, definitely they did NOT COVER or not properly cover the vehicle when they were doing the job! Left and right edge sealing is also obviously different so one side must be performed incorrectly.

Called in for same day service. They not only accommodated my unique ask but they did it quickly and confidently. Angela and Jamie were incredibly easy to deal with, friendly and fast.I used the wifi to do some work and had a gourmet coffee while I waited . Highly recommend !

I’d stopped at Nissan & my own mechanic because my sunroof stripping has come off. pinched in sunroof, couldn’t get back in, they were super busy but I just wanted to know who to take it to (dealer, mechanic, autoglass) Jamie came out, pressure blew it out, back in, fully functional, no charge & super friendly. I’ll go back cuz they’re not out to gouge.

Cars windows got smashed last night. Called speedy glass in in Coquitlam and they checked stock and told me to bring it in.Dropped it off at 10 am on Saturday. Showed up to a clean car at 2:15 same day.Very pleased!They also assisted with transportation home and back.Can’t think of anything I would change.

I have used speedy glass Coquitlam for both of my cars replacing broken windshield. They are very professional and know the job and do it perfectly in timely manner. You need to make an appointment before. They stand behind their work and you can trust in them. I revisited this shop to fix my windshield sealing rubber which came off after few years and they fixed it free of charge. I sure recommend this shop with their great work and friendly staff. Brought car in for a rock chip repair.Brought car out with a broken windshield.You can't make that up.The technicians at Speedy Glass broke my broke my windshield. Receptionist was trying to be nice about it. However, explaining to me the numerous other ways that a windshield can break didn't help the fact that I went from spending nothing to spending a couple hundred dollars.I am disappointed that they couldn't do anything to help me out since they broke the windshield. But, they were speedy in offering a time to replace the windshield.I was also speedy in going to another shop to get it fixed.

Brought in 2 vehicles for ICBC windshield claims. Phone appointment was easy and they made sure they had correct windows in stock for our appointment (via vehicle VIN). Appt was about a week out to bring in windshields.Appt day, drop off was quick and easy, was given a ready time of mid-afternoon"

I had an appointment booked for Tuesday, December 20. I arrived about 5 mins before my appointment only to find the place closed and locked up! No phone call or email prior letting me know they were going to take a random day off so I ended up wasting my time coming all the way over to this Speedyglass for nothing! Unreliable! I will never come here again and do not recommend.
