As soon as they get their money there is no.such thing as a follow up or customer care .They say it's our responsibility to follow up with them . Nice basically only for the money......

West Care Sleep Therapy
All was great during my initial purchase of a CPAP machine and mask. They promised follow up and customer care. Since they took my money and made the sale, I have not heard back from them. When I tried to contact them for a warranty issue with my mask, they ignored me. I had to contact them multiple times over a couple weeks to get a response. I've had enough. There are many other suppliers in town - your time and money is better spent going somewhere else.
