This restaurant made a mistake on Wednesday by adding tomato's to our order when I have a serious allergy, however they were absolutely wonderful to us by replacing out meals today and were very professional about the entire experience ! The food today was EXCELLENT and the service was top notch ! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives here or who may be visiting this beautiful city ! St. Hubert definitely shows great customer service !

One of the few places open on Sunday , Monday night and statutory holidays in Sept-Iles. It is a chain; considering they were the only non fast food restaurant open, great staff and great choice healthier like the salads. Staff were super busy, but they were effective , patient and did orders as ordererd + correct amount of ustensils, condiments etc.

Not the same it used to be! Their chicken & other meals are more on the mediocre side now! Im tired of going back inside( embarassed for them)telling them that they forgot to include items? They look more peeved than interested in serving or preparing a meal for you. I think im going to go back to Au Coq for good specially considering i have them now a skip & a jump from home dont like at all how St Hubert is becoming more & more! Im still waiting for feedback from emails ive sent?

Chicken was dry and stringy. Food was not very good. Our waitress was so nice but they were very unstaffed so she did not have time to serve us properly. It was 15 min before a server even came over. Cost $160 for a family of 4.

My first time to try this fast food chain. I ordered burger meal. The fries is enormous!! Fed me up!! I wish I have tomato sauce. (Maybe i didn't ask for it) The chicken was juicy, I can't tell it was breast or thighs. It is tendon, not dry. The coleslaw was good, not too sour for me, not liquidity. The attendant was very polite. Overall, I will come back for another meals

Clean, the service is fast, during week days sometimes is packed because of the teenagers that they go to school around the area.. Besides that I find its a nice place to have nice meal. St Hubert poutine one of my favorites

Very disappointing. They forgot to include the cheese for both of my poutines during my take out order...and by the time I realised their error i was already home. The restaurant manager (M. GIRARD) refused to provide a satisfactory solution and spent alot of time arguing with me. He therefore turned a small issue into a big one! As a long time St Hubert client, I can definitely say that not all locations are created equal and this one we will definitely avoid in the future.
