All Weather Windows - Red Deer

The staff were very helpful, and were able to answer all my questions accurately and efficiently. This is what you want to when you are making major purchases like this so it's sometimes sad that it's not as common a thing as you'd expect. It was a very easy place to find as well, which is also quiet pleasing. I'd go back again for sure.

Very polite and quick customer service

At our previous home they replaced all of our very old wood windows with their wonderful product. The entire process was done on time and as quoted. The installation went perfectly although it was a lot of work the final result was beautiful. We had a couple very minor issues which got responded to immediately and to our complete satisfaction. This year at our newer home we needed 2 entrance doors changed. Scott was again very professional on the quote and managed our expectations correctly. Jason again was our installer and he's just amazing. When the job was done a small blemish was noticed so Jason insisted on making it right. Today Mark came to do the repairs. Again his work, professionalism and careful attention to details was very much appreciated. Through the process Shelley kept us well informed from their office. For anyone within that 100 mile radius of Red Deer I couldn't recommend anyone else. This company really cares and tries their best to have very satisfied customers. We definitely are!
