I whitenessed one of the highest level of customer service from a tall gentleman named Tyler. He was very welcoming and energetic to the kids there at the store. Specifically a mother and her son where he jokingly toyed with the kid asking him whether he cleaned his room for his mother to purchased this gift for him. I think that was a very wholesome interaction and catered to the customer base of GameStop. Well done

Amazing customer service, and super knowledgeable. Tyler was THE BEST! My partner and I came in to buy a PS4, 2 controllers and needed some game reccomendations. Lucky for us we got to speak with Tyler who is animated, positive, and extremely knowledgeable (we noticed the other staff there would always look to him for answers) He set us up, made reccomendations without being pushy and made our experience an enjoyable one. Not sure if he's senior management there already, but if he's not he definitely deserves to be!

Came to this location to sort out a difficult situation with a game/refund card. Was helped by 2 employees whom were extremely friendly and willing. Was in and out of the store within 10 minutes thinking it would be longer. Would recommend highly.

I felt there is definitely double standard here in the way the employee is treating customer here.My son wanted to buy a bunch of games today so we came in to the store. I was told to stay outside because I had food in my hand. Which I did and was watching my son from outside the store.In the mean time another customer walked in with a coffee in his hand, and spoke to the vary employee with a question.Why is this fine? I don’t think there is any difference here. There was a sign posted inside the store for “no food allowed” which I respect. I’m sure coffee will do more damage to the merchandise than any other food.And no, we didn’t make any purchase today, nor will I ever in this store.

Very competitive prices worth checking out if you want to have immediately. Well stocked and space is well used. There are some trade-in items too at a lower price too.

We actually visited it twice while we're in the mall. The first time we went the associate we spoke with was very knowledgeable on the VR2, but when we went back to go and purchase it, that associate didn't really know a whole lot about it. So we were happy that the first guy told us everything we needed to know. But overall very organized, tidy and friendly environment.

came in looking for a controller and recieved great service from Asif. They walked me through all my options and gave me honest opionions on all of them. Very friendly and helpful, came back a couple days later and walked out with an Xbox controller at a great price!

I don't usually buy statues but this one is really well made. Not worth $140 but since I keep coming back to check up on it, might as well cause it seems I really like it. Really appreciate how Alex demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. Most people would just throw items in the bag and hand it to you. But Alex made sure the statue looked pristine, packaged it with a lot of care.

This location is one of the best - the representative Bianca (I may have misheard her name) was amazing. She was patient with me, and logged in well over 20 pre-orders without hesitation. I actually went in to only buy 1 product, but after suggesting I look into the pre-orders, I realized there were a lot more items I wanted to order. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and even offered to keep my information on the side on the off chance they received items I may be interested in. Great experiences here overall, just wish it was a bit bigger to accommodate for more items. I'd also like to add that Alex and Duncan from this location have always been extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond to let me know of new releases and other items that may be of interest to me.

Tyler, Asif, Zoe and all other staff on site during the Pokemon Scarlet/Violet launch were nothing short of amazing. Even at 8pm, with 1 hour left to close, they were hardowrking and kept great spirits. Maintaing conversations with customers, keeping them entertained in line and ensuring everyone is informed appropriately of their needs in store. I wish I could say more but it would not be enough for this store!
